Shockingly good
It was fantastic
Our first time trying out this restaurant and it was so amazing!! We got the classic ramen, kurimichikin ramen, wings and drowned dumplings. The ramen was pure comfort food. The broth is delicious. The wings are the best I’ve ever had. The batter is so crispy and the chicken is juicy and tender. It’s really a fun place and watching chef Lou Ross cooking, and talking with customers gives his place a family, welcoming feel.
Absolutely FABULOUS food! We tried the dumplings, chicken wings, ramen, ribs, and more. SO GOOD! Perfect flavor! So sorry one of my daughters couldn't make it, but we brought some home for her. She loved it! Definitely going there again!

Staff Meeting at Eat Street Crossing offers fantastic ramen dishes like the rengoku ramen with tom yum and tonkatsu base that customers love. The flavor is exceptional, providing a unique home-cooked spin to each dish. The restaurant is known for its tonkotsu broth and ribs, with many praising the fantastic atmosphere and incredible flavors. The blaze of glory ramen features rich, spicy flavors and perfectly charred pork belly, while the tonkatsu ramen has a creamy broth and crispy pork. Customers are excited to try the Tonkotsu ramen, which offers a unique take on the classic dish, with delicious toppings and a perfectly cooked egg.
Visitors have noted the busy and bustling vibe of the food hall on weekends. One reviewer mentioned the classic tonkotsu ramen, highlighting its surprisingly sweet broth and unique crispy caramelized pork slices. The mountain of fresh scallions on top was also appreciated. Another customer praised the chef/owner for their deliciously flavored food and noted that the menu is mostly gluten-free. They recommended the Kimchuruchikin, which consists of gluten-free broth, noodles, and chicken, and loved the sesame balls as a must-have treat. The wings were also noted for their great crisp and tender, juicy chicken.
Overall, Staff Meeting has quickly become a favorite in Minneapolis, with many diners eager to return and explore more of the menu. The combination of delicious food, large portions, and a great vibe makes it a must-visit spot. The restaurant's design features an old industrial chic feel, and the bathroom stands out with its vibrant red and neon lighting reminiscent of NYC.
