Today was my first time visiting this restaurant for their Taco Tuesday special. I decided to try the carnitas and al pastor tacos, and oh, how I regret not ordering more! Alongside the tacos, I also got some chips, which were quite delicious. Overall, the food was really tasty, and the deals on Tuesday are fantastic. Can't wait to go back!
If you want authentic Mexican food in the Twin Cities you must try Taqueria Mi Guanajuato. When you walk in it feels like you’ve crossed the border into Mexico. Not fancy at all but so good. I had the Pozole soup which was filled with tender beef and hominy in a delicious broth. My wife had the shrimp ceviche. Beautiful chopped cold shrimp, lettuce, onion and avocado on a crispy corn tortilla. Guacamole was loaded with pico and tasted great. Huge servings of food from friendly...
Fantastic place. We love the chips and guacamole, and they have a legit torta with all the fixins. I’ve had the tacos, quesadilla, and burrito from here and they all have been great. We usually get take out, they’re doing some great renovations inside and I’m excited to see it when it’s completed.
