“I just watched one of Josh’s videos and saw what y’all did. Any business that helps their community is just amazing to see but any business that’s willing to go half in as soon as they heard it was for the homeless shelter just melts my heart and gains my recommendation any day. I Haven’t been to Minnesota and would love to try y’all’s food one day. Just by looking at some of those chicken sandwiches makes me so hungry.“

“Decor is always top notch. Food is great, a lot of choices. Service is efficient and friendly. TV's available for sports and seating is comfortable and spacious. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner is available. Daily specials and cocktails.
I would highly recommend, and am looking forward to our next visit.“

“Went here randomly after a karate tournament and we were in the area. We were presently surprised by the variety of food. The quality of everything the service was impeccable, and we were very satisfied with our meals. Will absolutely come back if presented with the opportunity in the future heck we might even make the drive.“

“Blue Birch is a hidden gem! I came on a Friday evening and was pleasantly surprised by the live music, it created the perfect vibe for a relaxing night out. The setting is beautiful, with a charming fountain and a small pond that make the outdoor dining experience feel peaceful and unique. The food was just as impressive fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. Whether you’re out for a date night or just want to unwind with good food and atmosphere, Blue Birch is definitely worth a visit!“

“a big thank you to the employees and patrons at the Mtka Panera today I had an incendent and they were all so helpful. I am fine, my pacemaker kept me going. I needed to get some food in me and passed out for a minute while ordering. Everyone was so helpful. Thanks 👍“

“My family and I have been to Thanh Luong nearly a dozen times in the past year. This restaurant is absolutely incredible. The quality of the food is stellar and consistently delicious. My partner has been vegetarian his whole life and loves the vegan chicken pho. I eat meat and I love the vegan beef pho. The soups are so flavorful. My mom loves getting the orange tofu lunch special with the refreshing spring rolls. We also all get bubble tea with strawberry orange green tea being a favorite repeat order. The service is wonderful and we really enjoy every experience we’ve had here! Would highly recommend to anyone!“
