10 Best Vegan Restaurants in Minnetonka

“I found this place online, while searching for a place that provided plenty of vegetarian options that my wife might enjoy.

I was not expecting to love the food as much as I did, as I'm still fairly new, somewhat hesitant to try plant-based/vegan foods. But the Pad Thai and the Fried Lemongrass Chili Tofu - I couldn't eat enough of both and the serving size was more than adequate for the both of us to share. The depth of flavor in the Pad Thai was excellent, as I feel many dishes elsewhere hide the food behind the sauces and this is not one of those.

The food was excellent but felt light and I wasn't feeling stuffed but extremely satisfied.

We can't wait to go back and try more dishes, as it was hard to narrow down to two entrees and two appetizers.

and then I spoke with the waiter when I went to pay the bill and he told me about it being a family-run restaurant and such... very cool! We will be back in the near future.

Every order was spot-on, every need taken care of quickly, and he made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. “I just watched one of Josh’s videos and saw what y’all did. Any business that helps their community is just amazing to see but any business that’s willing to go half in as soon as they heard it was for the homeless shelter just melts my heart and gains my recommendation any day. I Haven’t been to Minnesota and would love to try y’all’s food one day. Just by looking at some of those chicken sandwiches makes me so hungry.“

“Went here randomly after a karate tournament and we were in the area. We were presently surprised by the variety of food. The quality of everything the service was impeccable, and we were very satisfied with our meals. Will absolutely come back if presented with the opportunity in the future heck we might even make the drive.“
