“This place is a gem - we visit many many times in the summer and it is always a great experience. First off, the ice cream is amazing - the best DQ treats you will find anywhere. Lots of options, they mix in lots of candies, etc. into the blizzards and are happy to make additions or subtractions when requested. The food is pretty good too, I always enjoy a classic Nathan’s hotdog, but the reason to visit is truly for the treats and nostalgic experience. The staff is also helpful and always willing to accommodate needs such as extra napkins, water, cups, etc. Lines can get long, but chatting with people in line and watching the trains go by is all a part of the experience. Definitely a must visit in Moorhead.“

“It was hard to decide what to get because it was my first trip to Dairy Queen in a couple years. They didn't have the menu lit up at all and they didn't have the sign lit up either so it was hard to find the place at first. So I ordered mostly from memory. I found out later they had some good seasonal blizzards like pumpkin pie and s'mores that I would have ordered had I been able to read the menu. The person I was with got her favorite chocolate brownie extreme or some such and it was supposed to be made with chocolate ice cream but they used vanilla. No complaints on my Heath bar blizzard though it was just as I remembered it. Next time I go to Fargo I might try a different location.“

Boba milk tea was solid too, not too sweet, and the pearls were just right. Chill vibe, nice staff, and everything looked super aesthetic. “Scoop and Dough is a great shop for a sweet treat. Their ice cream is not homemade, but they do have unique flavors, sundae, and float options. Not to mention, you can combine your cookie dough and ice cream and sit indoors to enjoy it all.“

“The service is usually pretty good, but my only complaint is the online service. I ordered on the app for the first time. I went in and told them my name and that I ordered online they gave me my drink and then they let my food sit on the shelf getting cold for 20 minutes and didn’t feel the need to tell me my order is ready or call out a number or anything. It’s never good eating cold food and no one apologized or anything just brushed off that they sat and stared at me for 20 mins knowing my food was done“

“Yesterday we went to Culvers on 13th per my daughters request for her golden 7th birthday. One of the staff gave her a free sundae, and a scoopie stuffie and she was so happy! We love culvers and how they can still be a fun fast food option even though I am gluten free. She already asked when we can go back again. “ABSOLUTE WORST MANAGEMENT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. FAILED TO HONOR A COUPON I PRESENTED AT THE BEGINNING OF THE ORDER BECAUSE THEIR EMPLOYEE MESSED UP. THEN REFUSED TO FIX IT SO WHEN I GOT UP SET THEN SHE REFUSED TO FIX THE ISSUE AT ALL. THE MANAGER THERESA WITH RED HAIR AND TATTOOS AND WAS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS AND WOULD NOT HANDLE ANYTHING PROFESSIONALLY. IT MAY HAVE ONLY BEEN A $3 COUPON BUT I PRESENTED IT PRIOR TO ORDERING MY FOOD AND THEY REFUSED TO HONOR OR FIX ANYTHINF AND TOLD ME "YOU NEED TO USE IT ANOTHER DAY" I LITERALLY CAME TO DQ TO USE THE COUPON. and then EVERYONE JUST DISAPPEARS... IM AFRAID TO EVEN EAT MY FOOD WITH HOW THE HANDLED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. She refused to give me her name, the managers name, the shift leads name. Wasn't wearing her name tag, refused to give me a phone number to reach a GM. Finally they gave me Theresa's name.“

But when ever I ask for Mayo packets, I never get them and, instead, get ketchup packets (If I wanted red syrup, I will ask for that). Anyway, this is my only complaint, and this review is for their benefit more than anyone else.“

“Food and staff were great. However, the parking here is limited and there is an unusual amount of high top seating. The seating area is already limited so it was strange to have the whole middle full of high tops. The parking was difficult as you either get one of 4 parking spots in the fron or have to walk across the drive through. Keep an eye out for vehicles!“
