Ice cream was great. You have very nice people working there. I think they could use some training on how to deal with elderly people. An elderly man asked for some help with an ice cream cake and was told the price list is on the wall and was told just pull the cake out and put it here in the counter. However he was too weak to do that and someone should have helped him. I was standing there in line so I helped him carry the cake to the counter and the clerk put it in the bag...read full review
Lately a lot of young not as customer service oriented staff working the window. They aren't rude they just seem to have a lot of distracted side conversations not making the customer the focal point at the moment. Something has changed but I have faith in DQ always have. I'm sure it's just a phase!

We ordered a cake for my sons 4th birthday and it is perfect. He wanted a Tiger cake and they delivered. He loves it so much and it was so cute. Thanks for making him a perfect cake !!
