“One of the closest Vietnamese restaurants in my area and the foods always great every time I come, especially the beef vermicelli noodles salad. The services were always great and quick. Also they have a big parking lot and lots of other great places nearby, very convenient. The price is also decent compared to other restaurants.“

“Wife and I had the chance to dine here, in the malcolm yards, today. I'll be willing to go on a limb, and say their fried chicken Sammy, is better than revivals. The char sui, jasmine rice ( just trust me on this) and the kimchi slaw were all on point. However, the most pleasant surprise I had, was how well the sliced chili's and fried leeks went with the french fries. definitely will be returning soon to give the cauliflower, and sesame fried chicken a whirl.“

“This is our favorite place to go for birthdays, lunch dates with the hubby, or for any occasion with friends. The servers are very friendly, attentive, and efficient. Favorite appetizers include satay beef or chicken, Penang lobak, and Pandan ayam wings. Favorites among their specials include green curry shrimp, crispy onion braised duck, and Queen's tofu. We also love the sizzling beef or pork, red curry beef brisket hot pot, pad thai, char kway teow (flat rice noodles), Young chow fried rice, pineapple seafood fried rice, walnut jumbo shrimp, and Hainanese chicken. We also order the fruit smoothies with tapioca. This place is certainly a gem. We now even go to this place more often when we pick up our son from the University of MN on weekends.“

“We used to live near by and coming to Que Viet was always a treat. Now that we have moved 4.5hrs away and can only come visit family occasionally I would like you to know we always make time to stop, and once again treat ourselves. We love the egg rolls and have never found anything which can can even come close to comparing. If you have never tried Que Viet I assure you it’s worth the drive for such a treat.Update to previous review. Once again we are back in MPLS and had to stop by again. My wife had the chicken chow Mein and I had the pork with mixed vegetables. Wife says bay food ever and I completely agree. Hostess is very pleasant food is awesome and bathrooms are clean. “While I haven't been to this place since I moved states, but whenever I come back to Minnesota. I make sure to stop by this Pho restaurant for a quick bite and good memories. (So yeah, a tiny bit bias)Generally speaking I don't recommended going to early or late. Mainly because the pho soup is very volatile during those times. Either really good or water.Either way I would definitely recommended the fried quail and Nem Nuong Cuon. Those two dishes really sparked my hunger for Vietnamese cuisine.Good:Affordable(based on my 2019 memories)Tasty (depending)Bad:Can be dirty in some places.Quality is 70/30. (Good/Bad)Drinks- I think making fresh thai tea or having less bottled stuff in the store would be much better. “Super good and so so friendly. They did have their lobby closed because of the lack of staff, which is so ok!! I thought it was funny, we had to go to the side door and call to get our food. The owners were kind and welcoming I hope they get more business. The food was super good my girlfriend loved Ping's wings and the curry puffs weren't bad at all. Overall this is going to be our go to spot❤️Vegetarian options: Tons of tofu options and are well cooked!!“

“I've become a bit Pad Thai obsessed and the Pad Thai at Mandarin Yang was so satisfying. I ordered online for delivery and was pleasantly surprised of the huge portions! The chicken was tender and I loved that the dish had carrots and sautéed onions that added a flavorful crunch. I give Mandarin Yang 5 stars and look forward to exploring their menu further. If you love Chinese and Thai food that's delicious with large portions, check this place out!!!“

“We have been here a few times and the sushi has always been crazy good! The service staff is always very friendly and helpful. Service time is always quick and the ambiance is quite and good for couple or for small get togethers. We will always keep coming back for more!“
