The restaurant itself is beautiful and I love seeing the fish in the tank when we dine in (but the food is also hot and packed great if you get to go). “House of Hui’s Chicken Chow Mein and Fried Rice (I'm sure everything else is amazing as well) is my absolute favorite! I grew up in Minnesota but have lived out of state for over 30years. No one in the south (this area) makes Chow Mein like House of Hui’s. This is always our first stop when we visiting!“

“This place never fails. No pics because the food never lasts long enough for us to remember. Huge portions, fantastic flavor, cash only hole in the wall type of place.

Edit to add, there's another comment complaining about the sesame chicken coming separate (sauce in one container and chicken in the other). This is exactly the reason this place is good: they think about how the food will be texture-wise when you get home. Mix the sauce at home and you still get crispy chicken! They know what they're doing! TRUST!

We always get the house fried rice and pork lo mein. Cream cheese wanton are also fantastic.

You can get probably 5-6 servings of food for like $30 which is unheard of in the cities. I love Huies!!!!!!!“

“Mandarin has quickly become one of my favorite spots for great Vietnamese and Chinese dishes. Their pho broth is perfectly spiced and absolutely delicious. The bun vermicelli noodle salad with pork meatballs and egg roll is refreshing and so tasty. A couple other excellent choices have been the Szechuan pork and the beef chow fun. Definitely give the pork egg rolls a try. The employees there are hard working, the perfect amount of attentive and very friendly. It’s definitely a hidden hole in the wall gem with excellent food and very friendly staff.“
