Excellent selection of flavors, although I suspect there may not be much that's "natural" about the colors and flavors.

But for an occasional treat, they are fantastic! No shortage of sweetness, and the texture was to die for.

There are some reviews that mention a less than stellar texture which should only be the case if you wait a day or more to eat them.

I ordered two 10-packs as gifts and a bag of 4 of their "broken" macarons to try.
Day 1: INCREDIBLE.
Day 2: not so incredible. They seemed to dry out quickly. But if you eat same day, I am confident you will not be disappointed!

Meghan was very friendly and professional. She was very communicative and her prices are reasonable. She even delivers which makes me 100% more better especially if you have an event you're throwing and it's less stress and anxiety worrying about having to pick it up! I was a bit out of her delivery range but she was so sweet and was willing to deliver it to me for my first babyshower and that meant a lot to me and I'm very appreciative! When you enter the building, it's not clear which line to enter. They have tablets at one counter, then a server at another counter.
There were no fountain drinks, but you can buy a bottled soda and ask for a glass with ice. A water dispenser is available, but no ice unless you ask for it. I know, it's a small thing, but I like ice in my sodas.
Food options and portions were good. People seemed to enjoy their meals.
Dining area has a good number of tables, and there's also bar seats for single diners.“

What a great guy! He was so friendly and so great at his job. He knew customer's names. It made our visit a good one and will be back because of Bob!“

“Wonderful spot close to Mississippi Market in St. Paul. There is a beautiful small park (when weather permits) to sit outside. The building itself is old and very Swedish even though the history of Swede Hollow is long-past, lots of "hygge" inside (yes I know it's Danish but they did own the country, kinda). A few tables downstairs, one cozy one on the mezzanine, 6-7 upstairs and a neat "conference room" with a very comfy cozy reading armchair. “These are by far my favorite macarons of all time. I’ve tried many macarons from different vendors and bakers and these has got to be the best in terms of flavor and texture. The shells are not cakey and definitely have the right consistency. And the flavors and buttercream are perfection. The buttercream is not too sweet to over power the flavor. And the buttercream is so airy; almost cream cheese like. I also need to add that the flavors are so delicious. Every flavor and new flavor taste as intended. “This has become one of my favorite coffee shops. The best part? I always get the chai with oat milk and it is delicious! I’ve also had their chia pudding and recommend it. The staff is always super kind and I love chatting with them when they’re not too busy. They also offer free water when you walk in and the atmosphere is so cozy, it’s a nice place to sit and get work done or just chat with friends. The worst part? When it gets busy, you will be waiting for your order. They try their best to get through orders but don’t go if you’re in a rush and hit their busy times. “Really good bread! I got three kings bread (rosca de reyes) and was excellent. The candied fruit were plump and full of flavor and the sugar paste was just perfect amount of sweetness. Authentic and visually appealing! Definitely represents the meaning and celebration of the three kings crowns. I have gone to this bakery many times and it never disappoints. I have also goten conchas and day of the dead bread (pan de muertos) and had the same results delicious and aesthetically pleasing! They are always kind and helpful and overall a hardworking and wonderful mom and pop shop! Would recommend to family and friends!“
