“This place blew me away. As a baker with celiac disease, I know how difficult it is to make gluten free goodies airy as a lot of the flours are so dense. But Atuvava nailed it! The bagels were satisfyingly chewy yet still airy, and the crust of the tart was so flaky and delicious. I will 100% be returning every time I visit the area! This is my new favorite gluten free bakery ever.“

“Every time I come here, it's the single most life-changing experience I've ever had. It's been like 15 years since I've been able to have an almond poppy seed muffin and their almond tort is the most delicious thing I've ever tasted in my life. Not only that, but their savory muffin is so mouth wateringly delicious that the taste just lingers in your mouth for hours. I was hooked from the first cinnamon spice muffin, and I stayed for everything in between. Thank you for making my trips to the cities that much better.

My only complaint is that y'all don't take cash and won't make my London Fog an iced London Fog (I've made it, it's possible). Other than that, I'll keep coming here forever.“

The staff were so friendly and accommodating, it felt more like stepping into someone’s home for a meal than it did a quick trip to a restaurant. WE had 5 dozen cookies and 4 dozen bars, and at this point, even with only about 80 people, there's maybe a handful of each left and they will be gone before the end of the day. I will definitely order from them for personal and work events again. Andrea was so nice and helpful in getting us set up with such a large order and all of it was so good. This is my families Perkins of choice passing by two others much closer Perkins just to go to the Maple Grove location. Our server Taylor was attentive, polite and very in tune to our groups needs. She is and example of what a waitress or waiter should be. The food was great and the building / bathroom cleanliness was expletory. My hats off to the manager and staff of the Maple Grove Perkins just south of 694 on Hemlock Lane.“

The grocery store side of the place is a colorful, beautiful, place that just makes me happy when I walk inside. They sell an array of items from cooking vessels, utensils, dishes, to a whole isle of inexpensive spices, fresh produce, meats, and many things specific to Central and South American cooking and cuisine. They have a breakfast/lunch counter with a seating area where you can order an array of authentic cuisine including tacos, beans and rice, burritos and more.“

“Right as you walk in, you greeted by all the wonderous aromas of both sweet and savory freshly baked items. I had a very hard time deciding what I wanted. I had missed the information that it was a French Asian fusion bakery, but the signs were there. Red bean buns, instructions on how to use tongs and trays correctly, but the best part was the gentlemen at the counter. They were very welcoming and polite, told me to skip the tip screen (it's rude to tip in asian cultures) and then asked for my tongs with both hands. I was almost gitty with the opportunity to use my Japanese to thank him politely. He automatically responded back in Japanese and then took a step back and smiled wide as he noticed what happened. We had a small conversation and I finally sat down to eat my lunch with my daughter. My daughter and I cleaned our table and returned our trays and with a happy smile the gentlemen wish us a good day and to see us soon. If you have never traveled to Japan, this café will only give you a glimpse, but still, it was a wonderfully surprising bonus to my day. I highly recommend a visit and to visit often!“

“Found them at the Kingfield Farmers’ Market and saw a seeded loaf. Made them listen to my story of enjoying something similar visiting my uncle in Sonoma County years ago. They were very patient with me and my ramblings. Bought the loaf, brought it home, and immediately made some toast. It was perfect. The best I’ve had since all those years ago having breakfast in my uncle’s kitchen. I’m so happy!!!!“
