The employee who answered asked if we wanted our food still. We asked how much longer - they said another hour!
First of all no call saying it’ll be 2 hours for food. No apology. No shock factor that it would be 2 hours for 2 sandwiches.
Horrible costumer service skills.
Looks like they have a long history of being rude too. Won’t order from this store ever.
We ordered two sandwiches online (8:26 PM) and our credit card was charged. Realizing they weren’t being ‘freaky fast’ we called at 9:06 (they’re open until 9 pm) to check if driver was lost or something. The ‘manager’ answered the phone and was immediately rude and inconvenienced.
