“I stop by this restaurant for the first time a few days ago. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The staff member who took my order was friendly. She answered all my questions and made some suggestion. We ordered the Banh Mi Special and the Lemongrass Chicken, both were delicious, but our favorite was the lemongrass chicken. The bread was crispy, which made the meal well worth it. I recommend visiting this place! You won't regret it“

“WOW. Absolutely amazing 5-stars all around! My friend is vegetarian and I’m fully vegan, and almost every option could be made 100% vegan. The staff is so kind and generous — they don’t advertise at all, it’s all word of mouth and organic reviews. We need to keep this absolute gem in business!! We took home leftovers and it feeds another 2-3 meals! The portions are huge for what you pay for and the food and meat substitutes are sooo delicious and house-made!! Can’t wait to go back! “Came to Minnesota on vacation and looked for a Vietnamese restaurant. We had two types of spring rolls and the banh mi. Both were delicious and fresh and the service was prompt and personal. Highly recommend if looking for Vietnamese food in the area!“

“Saigon Pho Tempo is my go-to for all my pho needs! Their pho broth is rich with deep flavor, and it’s always consistent, which I really appreciate. I always know that my pho will be amazing every single time I order it, and it also travels extremely well when I take it home to enjoy! They also make a Thai tea that is absolutely insane. They brew the tea themselves, not the powder, and you can taste the difference. It’s my “at least once a week” meal that I enjoy, and it’s my comfort food I just love. You would be doing yourself a huge favor to come and see what all the talk is about!“

“One of my favorite spots in Minneapolis! I eat here a few times a month (minimum) and every single time it is delicious. The consistency, quality, and taste are top notch. My favorite is the sesame chicken combo and when I tell you IT HITS EVERY TIME 100/10. Fabulous sized portions and so reasonably priced- I spend $15 and feed myself for two meals. Staff is so kind and attentive. The restaurant is always clean and welcoming. I couldn’t say enough nice things about this place. “The food was amazing! The pho doesn't have a lot of artificial beef flavor and was very big. The price was reasonable. I had to take home half of my pho! Also the cream cheese wontons were also delicious! The service was quick. The room was pretty small though but it's alright. 5/5 stars would come back again.“

The person who wrote the review and said it has gone downhill in recent years is totally wrong. I love their beef and potatoes and spicy chicken and it’s just as good as it always was.
