“My only reason to drop a star is that people like to know the cost of what they ordered before getting to the window so they can have cash ready and not hold up drive thru line. Also I've noticed that different staff have charged differently for what I get and it's usually matcha tea latte small and a muffin.“

“Such friendly staff! My mom, 10-month-old daughter, and I were spending the weekend in Rochester on a little girls trip, and we wanted coffee. We read great reviews on MOKA and saw this the night before. Upon going through the drive thru (baby was asleep so this was ideal!), Erik was so warm and welcoming! I asked for suggestions and shared it was our first time here. He went above and beyond to make sure we got delicious coffee (and cookies - thank you!!) and some tips for what to see in town. The salted caramel iced coffee was incredible and like none other. I wish I was in Rochester more often to visit MOKA! Til next time - but stop here next time you are looking for a coffee!“

“I grew up going to the old location of Pannekoeken and LOVED it. I had countless Sunday brunches with my grandparents and parents there, begging for troll dolls and ordering the namesake dish so that I could hear the servers announce my breakfast.

Much of this charm remains, but I kind of HATE this new location. The wide open warehouse-esque space is not cozy and does not fit the vibe of the food or nostalgia needed for this restaurant to shine.“

The only thing that should be better is the time they close I went to carribue a few times in my neighborhood hood and it was closed. I go every morning sometimes night but it is always closed. Maybe you should think about closing around 8:00 in SE“

Also, the friendliness and helpfulness of all at the North Broadway location makes it a favorite place to shop. I hope to keep finding energy bars in stock. Wow! Powerful and healthy!“

“For a drive-through café, this is a good option. My kids always ask for the Mac and Cheese at Panera and enjoy it. The staff are pleasant, clean, and helpful. It typically takes a little longer to get through the drive-through than fast food restaurants, and I haven't had any awards available through their points program in what seems like several years. However, I feel that the ingredients are a little cleaner and more conscientious, which is a big bonus.“
