Starbucks in Rochester

“This is by far the best Starbucks in Rochester! I’m not the type to write reviews, but there is a barista named Kk that is the sweetest soul! She is one of the kindest baristas I have ever met. This Starbucks also almost never messes up orders. This is seriously my favorite Starbucks, and all definitely deserves a raise for all her hard work and kindness!“

“I always go to this location. Normally, everyone is cheerful and pleasant. Today was an off day. The barista that was working the drive thru was having a bad day. One of my drinks was supposed to come with a drizzle, and when I went to pick it up, no drizzle, when I asked to have it added, she was clearly irritatedAgain, I normally have no issue with this location, and I am sure this was a one-off situation“

“I’m a pretty big Starbucks fan and I’d have to say this Target location always makes my drinks the best. Also, the workers are always SO sweet and friendly! But out of all the locations in Rochester, I’d have to say my coffee always tastes amazing from here. I just went to the one by the Rec Center and they never make my drink correct (have all the toppings/spices) and the workers have never been very friendly.“

“June 24 update: This store is open M-F (5.30 am to 12.30 pm). Nice coffee, friendly and kind baristas, quick service. Today they are featuring Komodo Dragon Dark Roast (a must-try blend for lovers of complex dark roast coffee with Earthy and herbal notes from Sumatra). The café accepts in-store mobile payments though I am not sure if one can redeem stars. Order ahead (through app) and dine-in are not available. More importantly, the store management has decided to continue the use of old generation espresso machines (therefore, the espresso is not as bold and smooth as the one generated by new generation Mastrena-2 Swiss-made espresso machines available at Apache Starbucks).“

“This is actually one of the few great Starbucks left. Great service and incredibly fast. Baristas are friendly. Store is CLEAN.

The catch is you have to actually get out of your car and go inside as opposed to waiting in the drive through line!“

“I NEVER order Starbucks, and I had an inkling on getting some coffee. Well being a total noob at this I asked the barista what she would suggest. And I have to say she knocked it out of the park!!! That salted carmel cold foam was to die for. So thank you barista for giving me a wonderful drink.“

“Love Madison Avenue Starbucks store. I like how they know my name, my drink and say hello when I come in and thanks when I leave!I also change my drink recipe and they remember the changes even when they’re swamped!

“Yesterday was my first visit to this location and it was a great experience. When I entered, the store looks so clean and tidy. The employees were also very warm and welcoming while I picked up my order. I had a glance at the Starbucks merchandise. They had quite a variety and I had found one cup. I have been looking for for a few months. The restrooms were also very clean. My mango dragon fruit refresher was amazing and mixed just perfect.“
