Starbucks in Rochester

“I always go to this location. Normally, everyone is cheerful and pleasant. Today was an off day. The barista that was working the drive thru was having a bad day. One of my drinks was supposed to come with a drizzle, and when I went to pick it up, no drizzle, when I asked to have it added, she was clearly irritatedAgain, I normally have no issue with this location, and I am sure this was a one-off situation“

“I’m a pretty big Starbucks fan and I’d have to say this Target location always makes my drinks the best. Also, the workers are always SO sweet and friendly! But out of all the locations in Rochester, I’d have to say my coffee always tastes amazing from here. I just went to the one by the Rec Center and they never make my drink correct (have all the toppings/spices) and the workers have never been very friendly.“

“Generally pretty decent service but sometimes the drinks can be a little hit or miss in terms of being made well. The drink I got (a coffee frappucino) isn't supposed to have any whip - as I've been lowkey scolded for specifying no whip before at other locations. I'm lactose intolerant so I always request nondairy milk and no whip on drinks that usually come with whip. Unfortunately for me I got a healthy dollop of whip IN the drink as well as on top lol. Not a huge deal and we drove away since the line was long and it wasn't worth kicking a fuss up about, but I do wish the consistency was better. If you have a dairy allergy it might be worth specifying in case. Sometimes the drinks are made right, sometimes they just aren't.“

“June 24 update: This store is open M-F (5.30 am to 12.30 pm). Nice coffee, friendly and kind baristas, quick service. Today they are featuring Komodo Dragon Dark Roast (a must-try blend for lovers of complex dark roast coffee with Earthy and herbal notes from Sumatra). The café accepts in-store mobile payments though I am not sure if one can redeem stars. Order ahead (through app) and dine-in are not available. More importantly, the store management has decided to continue the use of old generation espresso machines (therefore, the espresso is not as bold and smooth as the one generated by new generation Mastrena-2 Swiss-made espresso machines available at Apache Starbucks).“

“The staff is very friendly. Kendra is the best and needs a raise. She tries to get to know the customer and always asks how I am doing. That is what I call great customer service.They work extremely hard and wish you a good day even in the busiest days. The fireplace is a great little addition especially on cold days. It’s usually clean and my order is usually on point. There were a few times my order wasn’t right, but they are always happy to fix it.Stopped by on a Sat at 11:15 and it was extremely busy so they had the register closed due to staffing issues and we had to order through the app. This is unfortunate for those who use reusable cups because you don’t get the extra points ordering through the app. Would love to see a resolution to this issue since it’s a tad annoying to try and find a parking spot(when busy), go inside and find out you can’t order at the register.

Parking: Parking isn’t sufficient on the weekends, but there is additional parking next to Tap house“

“Love Madison Avenue Starbucks store. I like how they know my name, my drink and say hello when I come in and thanks when I leave!I also change my drink recipe and they remember the changes even when they’re swamped!

Parking: Easy to access, fast drive through

“I NEVER order Starbucks, and I had an inkling on getting some coffee. Well being a total noob at this I asked the barista what she would suggest. And I have to say she knocked it out of the park!!! That salted carmel cold foam was to die for. So thank you barista for giving me a wonderful drink.“

“Ordered my 2 coffees for Drive thru at 931 am. We drove about 7 minutes to get there, and the service was delightful and coffees were exquisite!! The two Baristas we talked to were Juli amd Dillon and they were delightful! 10/10 a great store to go to :)“
