The Block Food + Drink - Rogers

Made a 6:45 PM reservation to have dinner. Walked into a not full restaurant and they said not only do we not have your table ready but that we would be on a 45 minute wait to get a table or they could jam us in some corner between some “really large people” where we could barely fit in and try to eat in their armpit if we wanted to. Never an apology. Never a sorry just that we don’t have a table for you. You can wait 45 minutes. Do not go to this place. It’s terrible.

Love The Block! Amazing service and food is delicious. They went above and beyond and did a little ice cream Sundae and sparkler for our two kids who had just each won a wrestling tournament before we came for brunch!

Wow!! All I can really say, the block is easily my new favorite restaurant. I had the yum yum bowl with some custom modifications, I asked for my egg over medium and I asked for the “volcano” options that they offer for the poke bowl which is to add fresh jalapeño and spicy aioli and chefs kiss, they nailed it. The steak was cooked to perfection, the rice was so good, it was the perfect amount of kimchi. I will be craving this meal daily until I return to have it again. 10/10...read full review
