Went on a Saturday morning. Busy, but seated quickly. I ordered the big breakfast. sausage was bland, bacon not crispy. Ordered scrambled eggs. (they use real eggs, not boxed eggs) middle of the eggs not cooked & runny. Hash browns were brown on one side, not on the other side. Pancakes were pretty good, but cold. Water tasted like soap. Not a good experience. I will try them again to re-evaluate.

Very clean, friendly atmosphere, very welcoming, top notch food, and very fair prices!
We came in early this morning for breakfast, 2 of us. The sign said “seat yourself “, since there were lots of open tables we picked one.
Just as we were sitting down, the hostess came over and said we needed to move to a smaller table, and pointed us in the direction of a smaller table in the corner up against the wall. The table was much smaller and we would be crowded.
We said we didn’t want to sit there and prefer a little more space.
