The guy at the register was so nice had a smile on his face every time he greeted customers and it was busy and very warm on Sunday 9/15. My husband and were celebrating our 40th Anniversary and we're both glad we stopped there. It was great 👍“

“The Jucy Lucy really is what it's cracked up to be. It's a little small, if you're a big eater, order two. The whole basket of fries was enough for 3 hungry people but I left a bit hungry still. The food takes a while (Jucy Lucys take longer than normal burgers) so I chose not to order a second due to the wait. The fries are very close to what you would get at McDonalds - in a good way.

Honestly, I kind of love the vibe of the place. They won't seat you until everyone in your party is there, which makes sense since it is such a small establishment. As long as you know this ahead of time it isn't an issue, but when it's sub-zero outside be sure to find a warm place to wait if you don't have everyone with you. Don't make the mistake we made by sitting in the booth near the door. Even with the second interior door it gets cold sitting there in the winter.

Overall this is one that anyone who loves burgers has to try at least once. Parking is a bit of a nightmare, but it's worth it.“

“We’ve been going to Lions Tap weekly for the last few months, and every single visit reminds us why we keep coming back. The service is always fantastic — everyone is cheerful, welcoming, and genuinely helpful every time we walk through the door. It feels like one of those rare places that still takes pride in both the food and the experience. But today especially deserves recognition because the burgers were absolutely exceptional. The patties were juicy, perfectly seasoned, and cooked just right. The buns were soft, buttery, and fresh, and everything came together perfectly. Even the fries — which in the past have sometimes been a little hit or miss — were done perfectly today. Crispy, hot, fresh, and honestly some of the best we’ve had there. Huge compliments to the cooks working today because they absolutely nailed it. What makes this even more meaningful for my family is that my dad recently started dialysis, and most meats honestly sound unappetizing to him right now. But somehow, Lions Tap burgers are still one of the only things he genuinely wants to eat. That says a lot. For him to specifically crave these burgers despite everything he’s going through is a huge deal, and it speaks volumes about how good the food really is. “Lost my comment. Try again. On May 19th a group of family members went to the Bloomington Culvers. We were celebrating my grandsons grade school concert. I was unable to go up front to order and my son asked if someone could help me. Jose (spelling) I believe was the night manager. He came back to my table and took my order. He was so gracious and kind. I so appreciated his help. I didn't have the right walker and it would have been difficult without help to go up front. I can't thank him enough. It is so nice to go to a restaurant and know everyone is so friendly and willing to make your experience a good one. Thank you Don and Misty for such a wonderful crew. “I had the Somali fries at the fair but just went here for the first time. Definitely going to be a new go-to spot. We had the falafel wrap, chicken shawarma, tabouli and some of the juice. It was all so good! We also got it in the middle of the day and everything was super fresh. Highly recommend this place!“

He told us they have a variety of original house salsas with different degrees of heat to choose from, we tried 2 and they were both very tasty. Everything had a true Mexican flavor! Very clean, it was full of Mexican and Latinamerican customers on a Sunday afternoon. It is a small restaurant inside a supermaket with a great team and genuine Mexican food. They have special discounts every weekday. I can’t wait to come back!“
