“I love the interior design, service, and food here. I also appreciate the interesting menu selections, which offer more variety than other spots in St Louis Park. This is a great place for a date, a girls' brunch, or even a corporate meeting. My mom use to order the duck sandwich, which unfortunately is not on the menu anymore. She tried the Kimchi bowl instead and enjoyed it. My favorite is the chicken Mediterranean wrap—the chicken is such great quality, and they're really generous with the portion size! I also recommend the ratatouille, chicken wings, chicken apple sandwich, fresh espresso martini, and hummus platter.“

“Phenomenal dining experience!!\nDifficult to choose from so many choices!! Quality is amazing, portions are generous, and scrumptious!!\nWe enjoyed the octopus, bruschetta with ricotta and tomatoes, mushroom confit, branzino and pasta with tuna. \nOur served, Sidney, was professional, kind, and very careful with our food allergies. “We held our company Christmas Party at their beautiful restaurant and had such a great time! The staff were so attentive and wonderful to interact with throughout the whole evening! We ordered an array of food and our employees couldn’t stop talking about how fantastic the prime rib and KFC (Korean fried cauliflower) were! The talk around the shop about this event and the delicious food went on for days! We all had such a great experience from start to finish. They made it so easy to plan, set up, host and tear down. We would highly recommend anyone looking to host a party to come here! Now if you are just looking for a bite to eat for a date night or family night out, they also have you covered. No matter what plans you have this is the spot to be! A huge thanks to Lake and Irving for all they did for us and a massive thank you to Chris the chef! That meal was better than we could have ever expected!“

“My friend and I had an incredible time at Owamni. My compliments to the chef. Truly one of a kind experience. The food was outstanding from start to finish ( presentation, flavor profile, texture, all natural and full of character). There’s not a place that’s more unique than Owamni in Minnesota, in my opinion . I highly recommend this establishment, and I wish you prosperity and success.“

“This place is not inexpensive; but the food is worth every single penny. It’s unique, it’s vegan, it’s delicious, and it’s healthy. The atmosphere is very comfortable. (although the music was a little bit loud for conversation). I shared the cauliflower tacos and hummus plate and we each had a glass of wine and took the yummy yummy yummy yummy yummy cheesecake home (the cheesecake seemed expensive at the time; but I will purchase it again and again. Every taste was Yum Yum Yum Yum.). a lot of times when I go out to eat I think; I could’ve saved money and just ate at home. However, I truly felt my money was well spent! The food was fresh. Very tasty. The arugula salad was phenomenal, even though it was very simple. I need to come back here way more often. Thank you very much for your dedication to healthy, tasty, vegan food. Also, their dedication to quality continues year after year. I think that’s wonderful.“

“My favorite pizza in the Cities. I usually stick with the Old Reliable because it's a fantastic classic, and their seasonal vegetable and/or the cauliflower. The budino is delightfully chocolatey, rich and not too sweet. Staff are friendly and efficient, and it's fun to sit at the bar to see the food get made. The patio is also very cute, especially at night.“

“Minneapolis Cider Co is easily one of the best spots in the city for great drinks and an even better atmosphere. Their ciders are consistently flavorful—bright, crisp, and creative without being overly sweet. There’s always something new on tap, and the staff is happy to help you find a cider that fits your taste.
The taproom itself is spacious, inviting, and perfect for everything from a casual night out to meeting up with friends. Between the pickleball courts, events, and rotating food options, there’s always something going on, and the vibe is upbeat without feeling chaotic.
Service has always been friendly and quick, and the whole experience feels really well-run. Whether you’re a cider fan or just looking for a fun place to hang out, Minneapolis Cider Co is absolutely worth a visit.“

“Years overdue, but one experience was able to define my entire impression of this establishment because the food was really good. Some of the items in my pictures no longer exist on the menu, but I have faith that whatever they have decided to replace those items with must be great as well. It is also cool to see some of the items that I had in 2021 are still around! I am honestly really happy to see it.
Pretty much everything was a hit in my opinion. The A5 wagyu nigiri resulted in one very pleasant bite because the wagyu beef, which was supposed to be fatty in texture, did it work in providing the rice with a rich flavor as well. The panzanella had multiple ingredients such as cucumber, avocado, and serrano pepper, and having a bonito mayo giving it additional flavor made the dish work but in terms of flavor and texture. The stracciatella was interesting because I have never seen salsa verde and wasabi together in one dish, and it tasted pretty good. I wasn't used to it, but I could more than tolerate it for sure. The pork gyoza was really good as well, not only because the wood ear mushrooms provided a layer of texture that the dumpling didn't have, but also because the foie gras provided some richness to the gyoza. In terms of pasta, both the squid ink pappardelle and the fettuccine ai uni were great! The pasta was al dente. There was enough crab and bolognese in the dish. And the pecorino romano cheese in the squid ink pasta provided extra creaminess texture since I mixed it in with the sauce. Both dishes were super solid.
It seems like prices have increased drastically since I was last here in 2021, which I understand is because of inflation, but it makes the dishes way less afforable now. The squid ink pasta, which is still on the menu, went from $23 to $32.5, and that's quite a bit. Because of that, I don't think this is one of those places one would visit all the time. For a special occasion, though, based on the food alone, worth it.“

“I have went to this place twice and already a favorite. The service is great. You are able to try two flavors I tried the mango strawberry sorbet the first time I went and that was the one . Absolutely loved it . The second time I went which was yesterday I had the ube vanilla and it was also great. You have the choice between a waffle cone or three different size cups which was nice.
I always do a cone. The seating area instead and out is beautiful. The outside though looks like a fairy house lol . Very whimsical. Overall this is a great stop in south Minneapolis. I’m sure I’ll be back soon.“

“This place is legit. Fantastic European-style beers (ie. German and Czech in particualr) but they have something for everyone. A very cool space indoors. It was cold when we visited but the outdoor beer garden looks like it would be a very good time. If you're visiting from out of town and staying closer to the city center, I still highly encourage making the trip here if you're a beer lover as it's my favorite of the breweries we visited.“
