50 Best Pizza Restaurants near Saint Louis Park

“The former "BEEK'S PIZZA" has been the site for our annual luncheon for about 20 years. This year's menu was only pop and pizza, no salad or dessert in spite of the cost increasing by $5. Our organizer was disappointed at the limited menu and was unable to speak with the manager as she left shortly after the buffet was opened. I'll always come to Broadway Pizza if this situation can be remedied. Tradition weighs heavily in their favor.

Authentic Neapolitan style pizza. Cooked perfectly, the dough is very clean and perfect hydration. The quality of the ingredients are top notch on every pizza, including the EVO. The sauce is a bit on the acidic side for me, which throws it off balance a bit. Overall an incredibly authentic pizza with Ann’s Korean fusion built in. Highly recommend visiting.“

“This place legitimately has THEEE best pizza in my opinion. They have great options to select from but they’re also great at custom pizzas! There’s been a few times I’ve been a little disappointed when ordering delivery because customizing seems to just add dollar after dollar even if you remove items but I’ve called in and *Sabrina* is a gem! Every time she’s taken care of me to make sure my pizza still comes out great and for a fair deal. Seriously the kindness people work there so if you love your pizza as much as I do, make sure to take care of them!!

The pizza is excellent here. The crust is some of the best I've ever had. Light, crunchy, and the flavor is spot on. I had a simple sausage pizza and the sausage and cheese are both very good. The sauce is classic Neapolitan and the spices used, while simple, were well balanced. My only note is cheese/topping slippage. The cheese wants to come with on every bite. That being said, the crust and sauce is so tasty I would gladly eat a slice with no cheese or toppings.

I also had a raspberry lemonade. $6 for a bottle of lemonade is expensive, but dam if that isn't the best lemonade I've had.“

“I love love love Pizza Novara. I used to stay nearby for work every other week and it became a regular spot. Now, whenever I'm in town, I have to stop in for pizza, pasta or chicken wings and of course, the soft serve ice cream. Everyone who works there is happy to serve you and over time, the team gets to know you too. The local sodas are also a delight - my favorite is the root beer.“

“We checked out this place for the first time today and all the food was phenomenal. We got the Calabrian chili wings, which were very meaty and the perfect amount of spice. Their hatch chili pizza was amazing and we finished with their vanilla bean ice cream and homemade caramel sauce. We will definitely be back here again, can’t wait to try their other pizzas!“

“We were visiting from Chicago and wanted some pizza for dinner. After a quick Google search, I came across Broadway Pizza and I'm so glad I did. My whole family loves the pizza. “If I want to order pizza, I always order from this store. The manager.. I think his name is Staz (I am sorry if I mispelled it). He is so nice and so friendly. If I preorder, my pizza is always hot and right out of the oven as I am going in to pick it up. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. I always order on the weekends as my kids go to a nearby tutoring center. A while ago, I ordered a very large order and my card thought it was a fraud and declined the entire order. Staz the manager called me early the next day to make sure that I still wanted the order and to let me know that they hadn't received the payment. I just thought that was very thoughtful of him and really appreciated them still taking my large order because I had a lot of kids I needed to feed that day for a party. Overall, the store is clean, organized, friendly and service is fast. I would highly recommend you order your pizza from here.

Parking: Plenty of parking. And there is street parking available too.

Kid-friendliness: There is a little kid area where kids can watch the pizza being made. My kiddo immediately runs to that area everytime we are there. And the staff are so nice; sometimes they will explain what they are doing to the kiddos if they aren't busy.

“Pizza Luce has great food, both pizza and non-pizza options. You can make your own or go with one of their many specialty pizzas. The only minor complaint I have is their online ordering system. It refuses to recognize my address so I either have to call or do take out. I strongly prefer being able to order online because it takes less time so I tend to go elsewhere, but it’s a great option if I’m driving by anyway.“

“I love Red Wagon. I’ve been going there for years but after my recent visit I don’t think I’ll return. Sadly, they took the only pizza and salad I ever order off the menu. I tried 2 other pizzas and a different salad and all 3 were disappointing. I’m not a picky eater but you like what you like. I understand the need to update menu items to keep things fresh but even the Waitress informed us that it was a bad decision to remove both of the items that we came for. “I have to laugh that I have come from thinking I was totally meh on Punch to being a true lover of Punch. For so many years as Punch grew up, I was so fortunate to be living in all the right places that had so frequent access to Punch that it became normal... until we moved out of state. Parking: I think it shares the Lunds parking lot when entering from Cedar Ave. The deck has an entrance gate from another parking lot that looks like you can access from the side street.“

We've mostly been enjoying our Lucé at home the past few years, but had a teen visiting and wanted to give them the full Lucé experience. I made a reservation requesting a booth because of hearing loss and sensory sensitivities in our family. We were given a booth back in the corner and we haven't had an evening out that was so pleasant as a family in years! Staff was excellent - for us and the family at the next table with a high-energy toddler who had a spill that was cleaned by cheerful staff who assured the family it was no problem. We used to be that family, so I appreciated this! Everything was clean and the restaurant looks to be in great condition. The artichoke dip was the best ever (I swear we marvel this every time we have it). We tried two new pizza types - the Classic and Wild Mushroom - both were excellent, though Athena and The Lucé will still be our go-to choices. The greek salad was high quality and very fresh. The slice of cheese pizza we took home to our youngest was good (as always - it's the picky little dude's favorite pizza!) Another word on staff - We appreciated our host and server's clear communication; I'm unsure if they did this because of awareness of our noted hearing issue, but thanks to that and the booth placement, I don't think any of us had to ask for repeats. “I’ve been going to Chalet since I was a kid.. in fact I worked there briefly in high school. I had the opportunity finally to check out the Eden Prairie location yesterday and it’s STILL amazing!“

“A very interesting idea of a place, Japanese-Italian fusion. The space is cramped inside, and on the very warm afternoon we had dinner, the shades were not drawn and it was over 80 degrees in the chefs counter area.

Service is adequate. Once your order is in, the food does come out fairly quickly.

To start, we had a salad and gyoza, both were solid. My wife enjoyed her crab fettuccine (they did not skimp on the crab, which considering the horrible Alaskan crab harvest, feels extravagant). My verdi pizza was very enjoyable, hitting all the savory umami notes with the miso pesto and parm. The show-stopper was the yakitori, the thigh was smoky and tender and sweet all at the same time.

We found the cocktails (highballs and old fashioned) to be fine, but not outstanding.“
