“On Tuesday September 26th, my husband and I came here on a whim, actually we came here for a Tuesday T-Mobile deal that had just expired that day, but we decided to come and eat anyways. Blaze offered a Monday through Thursday lunch special DINE in only, one topping pizza, with pop, for $7.95. The coke was out as well as the Dr Pepper Fountain drink. Which was kind of sad. But that was an amazing deal. I have not been to Blaze Pizza in over 3 years. I would not pay more than $8 for a pizza alone. Looking at the menu a one topping pizza is $10 I believe. A cheese pizza alone is $8. And then adding a pop on top of that I think is $3. No way would I pay that without this deal. I'll definitely be back, but only for the lunch deal with a pop, for $8. Don't forget to sign up for the app so you can earn flaming points, towards a free pizza! Sorry I didn't take pictures of the whole pizza, I was starving! Our waitress on our most recent trip practically threw the menus at us then ignored us for half an hour, drinks took a while, food arrived promptly, but then we waited another half hour to order some desert to go which it turns out was sent home in a to-go order so we had to wait longer for them to remake it.Atmosphere was very comfortable in the dining room, upscale sports bar in the bar during trivia. For the main dish we got the Calabrian which was perfectly spicy yet sweet from the lemon and fresh and the mentally lumache which was such a fun, nutty twist to a pesto. “Interestingly, you will hear a wide range of music in this place lol there's a rap song in the guy singing redrum redrum redrum. Don't be alarmed by this trust me there is some really cool music which I couldn't even figure out the song with the flute what it was and I asked, Kenzie, and she didn't know either she asked her manager what was playing even before I said something. The point is this is a really great place. I happen to almost get stranded here at the hotel next-door. “Had 2 takeouts by now, extremely good tomato sauce and balanced cheese with fresh basil. Crust could be a bit more chewy and flavorful (with a higher mineral content like authentic French bakeries). Service is impeccable, truly old world generosity - we mentioned the crust was a tad on the burnt side the first visit and they gave us a free bowl of roasted carrots (which were also flavorful). It's always nice to see something other than UFC on a tv.The take away has always been fresh when we do this option.I typically order empanadas because where else can i eat a GF empanada? But the pizza is a must try. They put on a healthy amount of cheese and the GF crust tastes like they make it in house.Yes, the surcharge for GF is a bit high, but I justify it because it's in-house made dough. I've had a few different flavors but the red wagon is a go to.We planned to dine in but it was so busy we ordered takeout and sat at the bar and they were very accommodating.My wife found a new job alcoholic craft drink and the bartender informed us that it was local and gave us the low down on where it is available (now I get to have cool points and surprise my wife)!My wife is and daughter (should be more) gluten free and dairy free and they have THE BEST pizza in this category as well. They really don't disappoint.We also ordered the jerk dry wings which had zero spice but tons of flavor and were cooked perfectly (use the lime, it's your friend on these wings).
