“We absolutely love wood fire pizza and this place did not disappoint.

Staff was helpful and friendly when ordering. Menu was easy to navigate. Place was very clean.

Note: The first thing we look for when we walk into any establishment is the front door. If it’s dirty, we’re gone! Again, this place did not disappoint.

Pizza was ready very fast with complimentary toppings like hot honey.

Localy owned and operated and patriotic! Much respect! 🫡 🇺🇸

“Sometimes it’s the food, and sometimes it’s the people behind it.

We had a really rough evening. The restaurant where we originally had reservations was running over an hour behind, and after waiting forever for dinner, we decided to take a chance and stop by Rosalia.

When we told the staff what had happened, we simply said we were grateful to get a table. What happened next completely turned our night around.

The manager, Will, and his team welcomed us warmly, brought over drinks on the house, and even treated us to an appetizer. From that point on, everything was exceptional. We ordered the Margherita pizza to play it safe and the Salsiccia to balance it out, and both were absolutely perfect.

To top it all off, our server brought us a sample of Little Bird ice cream because we had never tried it before.

Service like this is rare. It’s one thing to provide great hospitality when everything is going smoothly, but it’s another to step in and make someone’s evening better when the problem wasn’t yours to begin with. That kindness and care will stick with us, and it’s exactly why we’ll be coming back.

“We love the pizza at Lola & have been coming here since it opened. It is always loud & busy, so that's just part of it. The service was fast but the weird part of that they gave some small glasses with lukewarm water to drink. we had to ask for water over and over. finally, the hostess brought us a carafe with cold ice water. the pizza was a good as ever!“

“i don’t normally give reviews on Google but i have nothing but great things to say about Northern Fires Pizza. They catered my daughter’s wedding and ROCKED it. They showed up on time, had pizzas out quickly and they were some of the best wood fire pizzas i’ve ever had! i cannot say enough good things about this business. They also have great communication!! if you are thinking about catering a wedding with wood fire pizza - PLEASE use this place - you will not be disappointed!!“

The sausage and onion thin crust was a hit with plenty of cheese and a slight spice on the red sauce. “I was looking for breakfast at The Viking Fest. No luck. Saw your food truck and decided to try your pizza. I got the white sauce, spinach, garlic, red onion and tandeer? (vegetarian "meat) was it called? It was suggested by employee...I was not going to get any meat option. My son got an all meat choice. We both absolutely loved them!! They were delicious!!! “Very no frills layout to the restaurant which I love because the focus stays on the incredible food. We tried several of the small plates and also an entree each. The service was fantastic, our server explained everything to us in detail and with enthusiasm which added to the excitement of the experience. The drinks were not only delicious but also very balanced. I would say that's a theme of the restaurant, great balance. I felt like the flavors for everything we had, from the charred shishito peppers with bonito flakes to the dungenous crab fettuccine, was very evenly balanced and everything complimented the other flavors well. This is definitely in the top 3 restaurants I've tried in Minneapolis so far. Highly recommended.“

“Sourdough Detroit style pizza? Umm yes please! It’s incredibly delicious, we’ve been back 3 times, and were delighted to find they now offer an even bigger size, which means we can bring leftovers home and eat pizza for breakfast (the best). They also have really yummy and inventive seasonal appetizers, including the best take on a Caprese salad we’ve ever tried. You can tell they care a lot about sourcing high quality ingredients and local produce. The service is warm and attentive, we’ve had the same person each time and she is awesome. They’ve got something special going on here - hopefully more people can discover them and give it a try!“

“Coolest atmosphere. Consistently delicious food (delivery, takeout or in-house!). Excellent staff. We've mostly been enjoying our Lucé at home the past few years, but had a teen visiting and wanted to give them the full Lucé experience. I made a reservation requesting a booth because of hearing loss and sensory sensitivities in our family. We were given a booth back in the corner and we haven't had an evening out that was so pleasant as a family in years! Staff was excellent - for us and the family at the next table with a high-energy toddler who had a spill that was cleaned by cheerful staff who assured the family it was no problem. We used to be that family, so I appreciated this! Everything was clean and the restaurant looks to be in great condition. The artichoke dip was the best ever (I swear we marvel this every time we have it). We tried two new pizza types - the Classic and Wild Mushroom - both were excellent, though Athena and The Lucé will still be our go-to choices. The greek salad was high quality and very fresh. The slice of cheese pizza we took home to our youngest was good (as always - it's the picky little dude's favorite pizza!) Another word on staff - We appreciated our host and server's clear communication; I'm unsure if they did this because of awareness of our noted hearing issue, but thanks to that and the booth placement, I don't think any of us had to ask for repeats.
