They essentially do what Chipotle does- walk through their assembly line of ingredients, tell them exactly what you want, they toss it in a wood fired oven and it’s done in like 5 minutes! It was sooo good and they only charged $10 for a small za and my drink! Definitely going back soon!“

“I was looking for breakfast at The Viking Fest. No luck. Saw your food truck and decided to try your pizza. I got the white sauce, spinach, garlic, red onion and tandeer? (vegetarian "meat) was it called? It was suggested by employee...I was not going to get any meat option. My son got an all meat choice. We both absolutely loved them!! They were delicious!!! “Their pizza is spot on - every time. They also sponsor a suite every year at a Twins game and I won tickets to take my nephew - what a great day. Their staff worked hard to create a fun event. Tonight I picked up a pizza there. Got a call a couple hours later because someone left a wallet behind after picking up their pizza. They are calling around to customers who picked up during that same time to try to get it back to its owner. I LOVE this community because of people like this. ❤️“

“Delicious wood fire pizza. Perfect ratio of cheese, sauce (homemade!) and flavorful toppings. A thin but soft crust. Service was quick and everything was fresh andready as the text alerted indicated. It's a take out only somewhat rustic-hipster joint though there are some picnic benches outside. Would recommend!“

“We stopped in search of some great pizza prior to attending an event at TCO stadium. Everything was incredible. The prices oint is perfect, it was like 30 dollars to feed a family of four. That was including tip. 1000% would recommend this to anyone and would go back again.

“Coolest atmosphere. Consistently delicious food (delivery, takeout or in-house!). Excellent staff. We've mostly been enjoying our Lucé at home the past few years, but had a teen visiting and wanted to give them the full Lucé experience. I made a reservation requesting a booth because of hearing loss and sensory sensitivities in our family. We were given a booth back in the corner and we haven't had an evening out that was so pleasant as a family in years! Staff was excellent - for us and the family at the next table with a high-energy toddler who had a spill that was cleaned by cheerful staff who assured the family it was no problem. We used to be that family, so I appreciated this! Everything was clean and the restaurant looks to be in great condition. The artichoke dip was the best ever (I swear we marvel this every time we have it). We tried two new pizza types - the Classic and Wild Mushroom - both were excellent, though Athena and The Lucé will still be our go-to choices. The greek salad was high quality and very fresh. The slice of cheese pizza we took home to our youngest was good (as always - it's the picky little dude's favorite pizza!) Another word on staff - We appreciated our host and server's clear communication; I'm unsure if they did this because of awareness of our noted hearing issue, but thanks to that and the booth placement, I don't think any of us had to ask for repeats. “We recently celebrated my wife’s 68th birthday at Pizza Luce, with the whole family which is 15 people ranging an age from 1 1/2 years old to ,and it was phenomenal

I just wanted to do a shout out to two people that made it very special. When was Tony the manager, our table was set and ready to go when we got there with that many people between four different families showing up people were struggling in, and we never felt any pressure at all, even though we were taking up a large part of their dining room.

The other person that really made it special was our server, her name was Olivia. I have put over 50 years on an off in the restaurant business as an employee and as a guest and Olivia was absolutely top five for a waitress/server.
Her pizza and appetizer suggestions were spot on, she was always there when we needed her,(and sometimes when we didn’t, lol) she did an amazingly wonderful job.

Pizzas were excellent everything from Gluten free, to Hawaiian, to your basic pepperoni and one small cheese for the kids, everyone got what they wanted

Appetizers were wonderful as well, I highly recommend the pretzels were amazing.

We did have reservations, and we had to go a little earlier than we wanted to just because we are such a big group and they were already getting full, but they totally accommodate us and it all worked out splendidly

If you really enjoy excellent service at the table and are a big tipper make sure to ask for Olivia, if you’re not a very big Tipper ask for anybody else, cause she is worth every penny“

“An absolutely incredible dining experience

Sanjusan was one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had in Minneapolis. We went as a group and decided to order almost one of everything on the menu so we could all try as much as possible, and honestly, I don’t think there was a single dish that disappointed.

The Japanese-Italian combination sounds unusual at first, but it works unbelievably well. Every dish had its own unique flavors and textures, and it was so much fun having the entire table try everything together. The small plates, yakitori, pasta, and pizzas were all fantastic.

The Isaac Becker pizza was one of the biggest surprises for me, and the Mentaiko Lumache was another standout. The Hiramasa crudo, pork gyoza, duck tataki, and yakitori were all incredible as well. Even after ordering that much food, we kept finding ourselves saying, “We have to try that too.”

The staff were just as impressive as the food. Everyone was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely excited to walk us through the menu. With a menu this creative, having staff who can actually explain the dishes and make recommendations makes a huge difference.

The atmosphere is fantastic too. It’s stylish, intimate, energetic, and just feels like a place where you’re supposed to sit around with friends, order a bunch of things, and enjoy the entire experience rather than rush through dinner.

Sanjusan absolutely exceeded my expectations. The food is creative without being gimmicky, the service is outstanding, and ordering almost the entire menu with a group turned dinner into an experience we’ll be talking about for a long time.

Sweet on the front end with real habanero heat on the finish, crispy skin, and just enough sauce to coat them without going soggy. They're listed under appetizers but they eat like a full meal. I've ordered them as my whole dinner more than once with zero regrets. Get the house made ranch on the side to take the edge off the heat. The pizza is excellent, but do not sleep on these wings.“
