Bradstreet Craftshouse Reviews
Absolutely amazing. Excellent service, excellent food, and fantastic cocktails
1 star is generous! Never going back! Had a 1:00 brunch reservation and was seated - sat 17 minutes and still NO ONE acknowledged we're there - waved down a waiter and no apology and seemed annoyed. Simple menu with nothing creative - blah flavor. The Bloody Mary was redicilously gross! It came very bland and we asked to try another type - 2nd version was Clear! Yes clear! We were told it's made with clarified tomatoe juice- what???

Bradstreet Craftshouse offers a convenient and welcoming dining experience, with attentive service from friendly staff. The menu features a variety of options, including a fresh salad with salmon, a smash burger, and walleye, which has received praise from customers. The restaurant remains a reliable choice for travelers seeking a good meal.
The service is generally good, and the staff is personable, making guests feel important. The atmosphere is relaxed. Customers have enjoyed the crab noodles, which are light with a little kick, and the Pimento Cheese Dip with house chips. The drinks, such as the Layover and the LaVoya, have also received positive reviews. The Caesar salad and chicken wings, which are cooked fresh and flavorful, have been highly rated. The steak frites is also a good option, and the restaurant offers a large selection of draft beers, although some customers find the prices a bit steep.
Recent reviews mention that the waitress was very nice, but some food issues occurred, like a Caesar salad with too much dressing and burnt grilled chicken, and the service sometimes feels slow. One customer noted nearly an hour to receive drinks and food, with the order seemingly forgotten until pulled from the kitchen suddenly, and a long wait for the check, which included a lost card. Another guest pointed out that, despite good food, prices for local beer are high, and there was an issue with change at the bar. Overall, the restaurant provides tasty meals in a relaxed setting but can have moments of slow or inconsistent service.
