Wish i was able to give this location less than 1 star. Ordered at 11:06pm, was given 3 different stories that ranged from "driver called in sick" to "driver got his car stolen" to "driver was in an accident" when i called 3 times over a 2 hour period. Finally showed with a COMPLETELY ICE COLD pizza and bread at 1:08am... over 2 hours.. unbelievable and absolutely unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and never order from this location.
2 hours later, still no pizza. Website says it was delivered 20 minutes ago. A few months ago an order was never delivered either.
I live less than 5 mins away from this location. Delivery updater thing said my delivery left the store at 9:18 pm. 35 mins later, still no delivery. Called the store and was told, "Sometimes the driver does more than one delivery. He chooses the routes and order he delivers in.” Okay... so if I wanted cold pizza, I wouldn't have ordered online for delivery. Still expecting a tip too? You've gotta be kidding me right?
