Waited five minutes to order one large coffee and two donuts. Got donuts, waited ten more minutes until someone would talk to me again. When asked if I could have my drip coffee, employee looked at me and said, “It’s brewing,” and walked away.
Cold blooded move in a movie, but explain to me why it’s my fault I paid $2.50 for a drip coffee at 730am on a Wednesday and you have all three urns empty? I was a barista for five years, you messed up.
