Neglectful, lazy, rude, and a lot of other choice words for the human services office as a whole. It's seems that it's a common practice as to help the least amount of ppl as possible. This place is shameful when you have clients basically doing their job for them. I write this review while having a mental breakdown. The amount of incompetence, dismissiveness, and pain caused by few people who work for this entity is unbearable. It is sad that some people decide to become social workers without having the compassion nor the conscience to do so. Yet, thank you for trying to help me! I just wish you remind the staff that we are human beings, we are not numbers.

I need an out of state birth cert., today is mar. 15th, they said they were working on sending out the january requests,.,not the state I grew up in - for sure..what happened? just gross.
