Came here for rooftop dining recently & enjoyed the city views along with our food. It was early evening so we could see the State Capitol & CHS Field from our bar height table. There is also a late-night bar on the roof, which we came back to hang out at later the next evening. The rooftop has a relaxed environment that we appreciated. The rooftop is great! Good atmosphere and views!Staff was okay.*Beware of the THC drink prices. Heavy markups. $15 each with no prices listed and wasn't told what they would cost.(I should have asked but I've never seen them above 10).*Response to owners reply. You need to train your staff better because I was charged 15 each for 5mg.

Came to check out as this will be the new Bears bar in the Twin Cities (after nearby Alary’s closed for good a couple months ago) and Ox Cart did not disappoint! Awesome bartenders, awesome food and beer, and awesome atmosphere! Can’t wait to start coming here in a regular basis next month for Bears games!
