However, the potato salad was very mayo heavy and not enough mustard, the mac and cheese ($2 extra) wasnt very good either, but if you add some leftover brisket with sauce into it, its actually quite good. The coleslaw was pretty heavy on the vinegar, it was kind of "refreshing" as far as coleslaw goes. “I love going to my neighborhood butcher. The proximity means I can take a short stroll to get my haul most days. The quality of meat is good, and the pricing can't be beat for typical cuts needed for meals - better than the local grocery these days. The owners are helpful and friendly.“

“Love this place, it's legit bbq. Had lunch dine in yesterday 2 plate combo half way in went to bathroom to come back to table cleaned off food was thrown away. Mistakes happen. They felt really bad and gave me a brand new exact meal I ordered to take home. Issues happen how they are handled speaks volume. Upstanding place.“

Service was excellent!I also want to make sure to mention that, even though they are primarily a butcher shop, they also provided some great vegetarian options for our friends and family who do not eat meat.I do not recall the names of the two people who worked our event. I was the groom, and got a lot of names thrown at me that day, but they were fantastic. For the owners, our event was on 9/16/23 at 6pm. The two people who worked it were amazing.“
