I usually order from the drive thru and on a normal day, they usually get my orders right. I had ordered 2 drinks from the mobile app and picked them up from drive thru and the moment the girl handed me my first drink, I seen it and knew it was gonna be bad. She handed me the iced pumpkin cream chai tea latte, but the drink had no pumpkin cold foam and no pumpkin spice topping. Like ????? Aren’t those the things that make the drink pumpkin??
