SNELLING AND ENGLEWOOD ENTRANCE. Everything was great about Starbucks including the new biodegradable plastic cup that is not actually plastic it is a paper product for iced beverages. Please note that the Starbucks location is actually inside the Anderson building and when I went there I needed to use the East campus entrance as the snelling side entrance was closed.

Parking: Inside the Anderson building at the hamline University campus.

They need to improve on a couple of things. One, the coffee was not hot. They should have made a fresh pot. Their customer service was not good at all. I did not appreciate that the people behind the counter made a container that said TIPS on it.
I have never seen this in any other location.
