“owner (guessing he was the owner) was amazing. checking in on us often making sure the food was good, if we needed anything and even came out and wiped down the table before we sat down. ordered quesabirria and a burrito, both came out quick, hot and fresh! house made chips were amazing and the sauce bar was great! “I'm giving 4 stars because I want this review to get attention. I like this place a lot, but the amount of times I get food I didn't order is concerning. Now I'm afraid to go back for fear I'll get something I can't even eat, then they have to make it again and waste food. The food is too expensive for this to keep happening.

Other than that, as I said, this place is good, the food is good. The staff is always nice and I know they would be amenable when there is an issue with the food, but this happens so often I fear it wouldn't stop even if I did say something. I know it's not malicious or anything and sometimes things get mixed up. But it's happened so many times I felt compelled to leave this review in the hopes management sees it and takes steps to be more cognizant of what the customers are ordering and what they are giving them. I'm not sure what the intention is behind this, if any. I just don't want to waste food.“

“The most authentic food in the area and its delicious. unfortunwtly the last couple of times they have screwed us over with the bill. last time they charged me $10.00 for an horchata. tonight I ordered a pozole $16.99 and classic plate $17.99 =34.98 plus 2.91 from taxes should of been$37.89 but they charged me $42.82. It not a lot but it simply shouldn't happen“

“I eat at Zantigo, maybe once or twice a month. The food is always hit or miss.
The employees are usually pleasant, some more than others.
However, on my most recent visit, I encountered an employee that was VERY helpful. I had a bunch of special requests, that he made sure were done correctly. His name was Shawn, and if I had to deal with anyone there, I would choose him. Also, the other gentleman working the food line (there were only Shawn and the other guy) , and I'm bummed because his name escapes me, ALSO made sure that my order was done correctly, BECAUSE of my special requests.

“The food was fantastic, we had a burger, pretzel sticks, and a margarita. The service was a bit lacking, but not terrible. The back of the house was so fast and accurate. Great place to go during a layover, with a great bookstore very close.“
