“I’ve traveled all across this city and it’s hard to find good steak tacos but They have the best tacos I’ve tasted in Minneapolis so far. I wish they had pico de guillo but the steak tacos & salsa verde is bomb even without it. The tacos are always fresh and they put a good amount of meat inside. They should do more locations they are so good.“

Their guac and refried beans are milk and lard free. 🌿 Generous bag of fresh crunchy tortilla chips as a side. Excellent and friendly service! I had no idea this place existed until today and it did not disappoint! Large Mexican beer and tequila selection at the bar. They also have a salsa bar full of fresh salsa. Go and eat at The Taco Shop Street Tacos! You will not be disappointed. Better than Lagos and Chipotle! I now know where I'm getting gift cards for peeps from 😋.“

“It gets 5 stars not because it's the best, high quality, fancy food or atmosphere, but because for what it is, a sports, neighborhood bar vibe, it does a very good job. Smash Burger, basic but solid. Comes with LOTS of potato chips. I wish coleslaw was an option. Service was great. Super friendly, positive, not rushed. Probably the coolest thing is the historical connection of the name Asher to the initial construction of the Beach Club building itself. Here's to all Uncles and Great Uncles!!!“

“I truly think this is the best Mexican food in Anoka County! Both locations! Ham Lake location is inside of the BP gas station right off of Constance and 65, you can eat inside or get takeout. They have their own app which makes online ordering a breeze! I feel like this is the best hidden food gem around, I’m assuming people either don’t realize it’s there or are turned off because it’s located inside of a BP. But it’s actually an adorable set up inside the BP and not weird at all :) I give this place 5/5 stars! 🌯🌮💕“

It’s amazing and I hate elotes in a cup). But I cannot say enough about the birria taco, just try it! This is now my new favorite taco spot.“

“This is only review you need to read. Carlos and his crew are second to none. I was in town for less than 24 hours and this place has done more for me than 3 years of therapy. The Quesa Birria and Carne Asada tacos are to DIE FOR. Incredible. Impeccable atmosphere, brilliant food with flavors that may cause epiphany. I will come here any time I’m in the Midwest. I will drive 10 hours. I will walk 24 hours. Great people. Great service. Great food. Stop scrolling. Sit down and have a conversation with the best people you have yet to meet. And while you’re at it, ask for a Mezcal Old Fashioned… I promise nothing less than a religious experience. You’re welcome.“

“The best vegan burrito in the city. The soy curls tacos are bomb. I got a box one time I could eat the entire thing myself. I could eat my weight in their soy curls. Give me your recipe!!! I think about this burrito all the time. Vegans you will not be disappointed.“
