“No issues at all with this branch of Chilli's, located after you have cleared Customs... aside from one odd service method (below). Good food, quick service and plenty of seating.

Worth noting that if you are on a late evening flight, the restaurant section closes at 9pm (along with most of the other shops and services in this area of the concourse). The Bar area closes slightly later from what I could see.

The unusual service method that I found a bit confusing was that having been seated, we weren't given a menu... looking around, I realised that all the tables had a QR code and number, and the idea seemed to be that you scanned the QR Code, entered your table number, and then ordered your food to the table through the app. This wasn't really the best way for us, and speaking to a waiter he said that we could just order through him, and got us some menus. We ended up with him serving us for the whole visit, rather than use the online system. He did check in with us and make sure we were all OK several times which was good, offering refills of drinks and more. I just felt it was neither one nor the other; order via servers, or via online with no clear options.“

“Once you find the restaurant, will be greeted by an expansive menu of American and Mexican cuisine. We ordered the steak burrito and steak street tacos which as described by my dining partner “taste like they’re homemade in the best way”. Food was made with love by the most jolly server/chef/host. 10/10 experience and truly a hidden gem.“
