“This place has been on my list and I am happy that I have finally came. Overall, it was a good experience for me. There were so many good pastries, such as croissants, cream donuts, cakes, and breads. I was surprised that they even have egg tarts! It was very crispy and flaky. I also got the twisted donuts, kimchi croquette, and sweet frank roll. They are all good. I really liked the kimchi croquette. I would definitely come back to try out the other pastries.“

“This crumbl is phenomenal compared to any other I’ve visited! They excel at doing the most for their customers, and one of the employees stand out the most! I think her name was Sadie?? I’m not 100% I’m pretty sure though! She had a smile on her face and greeted me so nicely when I walked in. She is an angel! This store was so clean and welcoming I drive over an hour to go to this location just because of the staff! Thank you guys for being awesome!!“

“I have lived in this neighborhood for 40 years and cannot believe that I did not know that this wonderful restaurant has been here for two years already!! I was in the mood for a lox sandwich today and wanted a really good one. I found it! Excellent bagel, a generous portion of lox, tomato, onion and capers! “I went to meet a friend today at Apple Valley Perkins. The lot was full. I am disabled. Both senior citizen spots were filled. Three of us got there about the same time so we pulled into spots next to the senior citizen spots. One of the cashiers (long gray hair)came out throwing her arms up in the air and motioning for us to leave. I rolled down my window and she hollered, "THOSE AREN'T PARKING SPOTS!! THERE AREN'T ANY LINES!" She motions like she was making lines on the pavement The other two cars LEFT! I stayed ONLY because I was meeting a friend. SERIOUSLY? This is how you treat your customers? My friend showed up and she parked where I was going to park. The hostess was on the phone so she didn't control the parking. A while later, she came around to all the tables asking who owned the white vehicle out in the lot. We frequent Perkins a lot and have parked in those spots before with no problems. A walk from Petco is a little to much. Especially for a disabled person.“

“Despite a noisy environment and a waitress who rushed us, most of our food was terrific. The French onion soup is the best in the Twin Cities. Accompanied by the fresh, warm baguettes, it is hard to pass up. Skip the appetizer of scallops; they are delicious but the rest of that plate is meh. Order the fillet mignon and the short ribs entrees. Ladies Night (Monday / Wednesday) with reduced wine and dessert prices is worth the trip.“

“First time I visited since Veterans Day. Your sticker indicated a three percent service fee due to supply chain issues. Why don’t you just raise your prices to cover those issues. If the supply chaiin issues are solved you can offer a price rollback. I’ll find another place that posts their prices instead of service charging.“

“Queen of Cakes pulled THROUGH for us for our wedding! They were able to work with us to get us not only a beautiful cake, but delicious as well in a short amount of time! Bride brain took over and getting a wedding cake slipped my mind. They were responsive, kind, and so easy to work with. They basically created the cake right out of my Pinterest board! I recommend them completely, and we will be getting all our future big event/celebratory cakes from them!“

“Baguettes are among my favorites Kouign Aman was something comparable to a honey bun with a way to hard candy shell. Living in Normandy I will say “kouign aman is a labor of love. It can be great or not good, no in between!! Being here I was really missing it. I’ve tried many here in MN and one place has totally blown my mind but the hours are so up and down. Please take your time on a masterpiece patisserie such as the kouign aman!!!!“

“Not sure what the name is for this bakery item, but it is a kind of cheesecake. The texture is moist, soft, not overly sweet, and has some cream cheese flavor. What’s better is the price. Where can you find a good bakery for affordable price nowadays?!

Plus, they don’t charge you for using card on small $ items, unlike a lot of bakery business that requires cash.

“Had the cheese jalapeno and the pork tamalas. Good flavors and sized well for $3.25. Tried chocolate donut, oreja (palmier), empanadas de piña (pinnapple turnover) and a concha (sweet bread). All pretty good, donuts are huge, could only eat half. Shared the turnover and oreja, was nice and flakey, next time will not share. Picked up some cumin, dried whole cinnamon, and dried chile. Prices are really good and people running store are friendly and helpful.“

“This is Spencer. My wife and I came in for some Macarons as usual. We were greeted by a delightful individual by the name of Deshaun. As he was helping the customers before us, he kindly told us to be patient and will assist us as soon as he was done. When it was our turn, he thanked us for our patience. Deshaun and I talked during our interaction, and it turned out he was from Louisiana. True Southern hospitality. His character and customer service skills were above and beyond. Upon paying, I also met Sue. She is Deshaun's boss, but she is also super friendly. I come here all the time when I visit the MOA, and this was the first interaction with Deshaun and Sue, and they are great. More importantly, keep up the great work, Deshaun! Sue, you got yourself a great staff member!“
