“We ordered 3 concrete mixers and 2 sundaes. After waiting about 15 minutes to receive our order, we checked in with the staff and they immediately let us know that they would bring it out right away. The manager also assured us that we would receive a coupon and could choose ice cream pints from the fridge near the ordering counter. They were very friendly and happy to make sure we had a positive experience. Will definitely be returning! Customer service done right!“

“I like the strawberry sundae at dairy queen. I like that they strawberry syrup is not very sweet and it doesn’t seem a factory-made syrup to me. Also I like this store specially since there is seats inside and outside also the staff are friendly.“

“I am sure many reviews begin this way, but it’s true here: I rarely write reviews. We visited the Rochester location on 5/18, and we were immediately pleasantly greeted. The entire menu looks so tasty, so I ended up ordering a Wedge Salad, the Five Cheese Macaroni & Cheese to split, and a 60/40 with Truffle Fries. I LOVE Wedge salads, but this one, this one was special - the most delicious wedge salad I’ve ever eaten. The addition of the dill was unexpected but soooo welcome. The macaroni portion, even as split, was so generous and very tasty. The truffle fries were very flavorful, and the burger - I am ashamed to say I can’t attest to it because my eyes were much larger than my stomach & I had to take it to go. The rest of the crew with me all agreed their food was also delicious. If we ever have the fortune to travel back to the area, we agreed we would all come back to Red Cow. Our service was also top notch, I wish I could remember our server’s name. She was very sweet!“

“Matt's Bar is a very cozy classic bar that has stories ingrained into the wood. The juicy Lucy deserves all the hype, I tried it for the first time on my 34th birthday and stuck my candles in the burger itself 😁 If you don't mind rubbing elbows with strangers, slightly sticky table surfaces, low lighting and the smell of grease in the air for an amazing cheesy burger experience then don't wait 33 years like I did.“

“I’ve eaten here before many years ago but they recently did a big marketing push and it got my attention. They had a Bogo deal so I grabbed a Jalapeño burger and a Turkey burger as well. Both were super tasty.

The pickup was immaculate and the young lady who greeted me and handed me my order had a genuine smile and looked like she was enjoying her work. The cooks were hard at but joking around with each other and seemed genuinely happy to be there.

I’m going to do my best to get back here as soon as I am able.“

“It was awesome! The service was great! Staff went out of their way to accommodate all 11 of us! Everyone that works there seemed happy and ready to help! I graded a 4 on food..only because out of PERSONAL preference I didn't like my food, BUT someone else at our table had the same thing and LOVED IT! And a 3 for atmosphere because it was a bit loud and hard to visit ..but again that's a personal preference...Would we go back?MOST DEFINITELY“

“Two Mixed up exceeded my expectations by far. My girlfriend and I were looking for a solid smash burger, and this is exactly that. The meat was seasoned to perfection, the cheese was melted perfectly, and the service was so quick. We got fries with the one burger, and onion rings with the other. I highly recommend getting onion rings here as they were no super oily and the breading was nice and light.

We’re definitely coming back to try something other than the jalapeño burgers. I can’t stop thinking about this burger…“

Clean restrooms, clean tables, clean bar, other patrons are respectful and friendly. Struggling to leave and check out other venues in the area, hard to one up this establishment.“

“Pure nostalgia at an affordable price. Do you remember that place where you could collect nickels and dimes to get an ice cream cone or a hamburger? Conny’s is that place. Instead of nickels, you may need to pull together a few dollars, but it still has the feeling of an old school ice cream spot. Complete with an outdoor window and picnic tables, you can get a burger, chili dog, or a soft serve. I loved it and it will become part of our regular summer routine.“

“We stopped for a quick bite expecting the same ho hum service we get from our hometown Freddies. I was so impressed with employees working today between 3-3:30pm. The most delightful staff! “The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.“
