The steaks, ribs, and rolls are all incredible—seriously, the flavors are next-level. But what made the night unforgettable was the service. Juan Carlos was phenomenal. Attentive, friendly, and just plain awesome. He made sure every detail of our meal was perfect, and his energy lit up the whole table. Honestly, he should be promoted to manager—he’s that good. Mario, if you’re reading this, take note: Juan Carlos is a superstar. He’s the kind of team member who elevates the whole restaurant. Recognize him—he deserves it.
