I understand why your store is keeping the cups behind the counter. today i go in there and ask for a cup with my Togo order and show my receipt to one of the guys in back prep area. I was handed a water cup and i say 'oh that's a water cup , i ordered a large drink.' The response from your employee is 'good for you' also in a rude condescending tone at that. I like the store, friendly staff/store Lead(Val S.) convenient location, and plenty of parking spots, each time after shopping(or before) at nearby HomeDepot, Costco(&gas), or PetSmart, I'd stop by to grab a favor Hazelnut-coffee or entertain my kids with some healthy Goddness/Egg salad or hot-soup or sometime being lucky e.g. earlier enough to get bacon-Soufflé(just Yum!!)
