“Usually, I get a treat weekly, and I'm disappointed with the amount of ice cream given for a large cone, it did not cover the cone. Also, the turnaround time for the cones is low. Mine was stale and chewy even without the added ice cream. Otherwise, the overall flavor and taste is great.“

“This is a great spot for ice cream! There's a bunch of flavors, so no matter what you like you'll find something good. I got the "Exhausted Parent", bourbon-infused coffee base with chocolate chunks. It was so good! The bourbon flavor was obvious but not overwhelming.

My partner got the Strawberry Hibiscus Italian Ice, which was also super good! It tastes exactly like a Starbucks Strawberry Acai Refresher. It was super light and so refreshing, I'd definitely order it again!

I was also very excited to see they have gluten free cones, and even more excited when I found out they have both gluten free waffle and cake cones. Their menu also clearly labels which flavors are gluten free, which I appreciated!

“I went inside tonight and was greeted by the nicest Culvers employee ever. She is blonde, had a beautiful smile and happily greeted and welcomed me, helped me figuire out the best way to order what I wanted, got my order correct, AND thanked me for coming in. This level of friendliness and competency is so appreciated. This girl was obviously raised right...and also trained well by a great team.
As I waited for my order, I continued to observe and appreciate the high energy employees and how well they were working to get food out accurately, with speed and precision.
It gave me a feeling of nostalgia, as I remembered that this is the way that it used to be...that customers were acknowledged, staff had a great understanding of the menu to best give the customer what they might like, and customers left feeling like they got a good, quality meal and understood the cost vs value of the of the product.
Thank you, to the Culvers staff for investing in cultivating and training good employees that represent your product and brand in ways that you can be proud of.

“This is hands down THE BEST place to eat! I have a special needs ( Autistic, ADHD, vision impaired) grandchild and she requests this Culvers daily. We have tried others ( The St Cloud location made us leave because of her excited squeals) but the way the entire staff treats her and the rest of us when we walk through that door in Monticello is OUTSTANDING!! They can see if she's having a tough day and they go above and beyond to accommodate us. I have NEVER taken her anywhere else in Monticello that has accepted her the way Culvers staff has. They are always polite, fast and very welcoming. I don't know all of their names but Anthony and Chad are two of her favorite people. The manager is wonderful! When my bill fold got left behind she worked hard to reach out and get it back to me, she went above and beyond and I can't tell you how very much that ment to me. We don't feel like customers, we feel like family. The staff never seems crabby or like you are a burden, they really seem to enjoy their job. That speaks volumes about management. We cannot say enough good things about the staff 😃 Thank you Monticello Culvers for accepting my Granddaughter for who she is ❤️“
