“My daughter and son in law visited Sunday, May 25th, 2025. Everything, with the exception of salad and Tour of Italy was awful. I had Create Pasta with Mushroom Sauce. Terrible watery, no flavor. Daughter had Zupa Toscan which was tasteless and watery. Her entree was Chicken Margarita flavorless with many green peppers on top. Such a disappointment for a reputed good eatery.“

“Extremely polite, and customer service driven! Talk about fast and efficient! For restaurants (especially) it can be difficult to provide both services simultaneously, without sacrificing the quality and taste of the food, but they manage to pull it off beautifully and score a 5 STAR rating!

“Ate here for the first time today while visiting Stillwater and both my husband and I were absolutely blown away by how amazing everything was here. The atmosphere and staff were great, the food came out quickly even though they were very busy. We tried the French toast, beignets, lattes, mimosas, chocolate chip banana bread, chocolate chip cookie, peanut butter cookie, plbirthday cake cookie (yes we bought a lot to take home with us). Everything was beyond stellar. Never had a better chocolate chip cookie in my life.“

“I really would like to add what a treasure you have in Kimberly … I overheard her conversation about the product as I believe she was coaching Delaney (also very welcoming). She is a star …. I am visiting from NJ and I WISH we had more Sunshine like her personality around …she made my travels feel like home and I had to let her know how important she is in sharing her presence with those who travel through….shes a one of a kind!!! Thank you both Kimberly and Delaney!!!! Congratulations Panera Bread on such an employee.“

“Walked in thinking I’d just grab a quick soup and somehow ended up sitting there for an hour questioning my life choices over a bread bowl.
Ordered one thing… somehow left with soup, sandwich, drink, pastry, and zero self control. The bread bowl was so good I started treating it like a main character instead of a side. Pretty sure I made eye contact with it before eating it.
Staff was chill, place was clean, and everything came out fast. Honestly feels like Panera is less of a restaurant and more of a “you’re about to spend more than you planned but it’s worth it” experience.
10/10 would emotionally bond with a loaf again.“
