“My daughter and son in law visited Sunday, May 25th, 2025. Everything, with the exception of salad and Tour of Italy was awful. I had Create Pasta with Mushroom Sauce. Terrible watery, no flavor. Daughter had Zupa Toscan which was tasteless and watery. Her entree was Chicken Margarita flavorless with many green peppers on top. Such a disappointment for a reputed good eatery.“

“RUN - don’t walk to this place! We are visiting St. Paul and this is one of theee best Italian restaurants we have ever been to (and we have some experience in this kitchen!) Everything was just phenomenal- Highlights: The Braciole app is probably the best we have ever had. The Misticanza salad was light and lovely- Both the Arrabiatta(added sausage) and the Pacchari Pesto w/shrimp mains were to die for! And For dessert the Budino! Service was perfectly attentive and the ambience - was delightful! We will 100% be back if we are in the area“

“The Cave Cafe is one of my new favorite trucks that I’ve had. The Boss Wrap is unbelievable! Chicken and gyro meat is a great combination and it works really well here. The chicken quesadilla has a generous amount of chicken and is grilled perfectly, a high quality quesadilla. Cave Cafe was one of the highlights for me at the Twin Cities Jazz Festival. “Base price for pasta no longer includes SAUCE! I ordered pasta with three veggies, chicken and Alfredo. I paid $10.99 for the pasta (a price increase) PLUS $2.99 for the SAUCE! Total over $15.00. Deceptive pricing practice. I normally order the spicy rosa (now $1.99) with sausage, which is delicious and recommend. This time I opted for the alfredo. It tastes suspiciously like jarred alfredo. Not worth the price.“

Michelle was beyond helpful with knowing exactly what email I was referring to and giving me a menu and recommendations for the early access special. “I literally used to live here 3-4 days a week during lunch. I can't say enough for the nonchalance of the staff on my 2nd/3rd weekly visit. No sarcastic "welcome back", just nice friendly staff and quick, consistent service.

Some days, I swear the chef(s) was/ (were) testing me and adding a little more bubble to the crust. If it was intentional? Who's to say. But I noticed. The culinary reprieve with a only slightly (dare I say microscopically) more complex crust gave me the drive I needed to make those rare, yet memorable, 3rd weekly visits.

“100% Celiac freindly, they will prepare gluten free pizzas on a different line than the regular pizzas so no cross contamination.

Excellent location, soon to be on the B line BRT route as well! I used to do trivia here so ate a lot of pizza, always to a high standard. There is a Bar and TV's as well, good menu with more options that just pizza.

Also, my Welsh Mum said this is the best Pizza she ever had on a recent visit to the US.
