“The staff is great, they keep the place clean, and the food and drinks are good.That being said, the owners need to invest in furniture repair. There is a much-loved seat and table arrangement being sometimes propped by folded napkins (a common food service quick-fix), but it is in such bad shape the table either needs new feet with adequate adjustment or a replacement. This shouldn't take staff or regulars to report.“

“I am very pleased with how this place runs itself. I often times go in multiple times a week and get the same 2 bagels, and it is always made up to standards. I never usually have to wait long and if there is a long line, that's beyond their control anyways. Obviously the food is awesome. Service is great, the guys working there are always the best. No complaints and will continue to be a customer here.“

“The food was good but 2 of the 4 items we ordered were incorrect. There were onlyb2 employees working so the line was too long to wait a second time to have it corrected. I also really dislike the system of ordering at the register first as the place is set up to have orders taken at the bagel line as before.

“Outstanding customer service from Tae, a fantastic young man, who's name i may have misspelled. He is very special. Best salmon on everything bagel sandwich, ever. Delicious. Capers, red onion, cream cheese, and luscious salmon!!! Highly recommend bacon egg and cheese, on whole wheat everything bagel. Bought a dozen sliced bagels, too. Emaculat store, and attentive manager, Michelle. Fantastic food.“
