If your tastes buds have graduated past American grade school cafeteria fare, then you might want to avoid what this chain puts out. Bonus points for the self service menu screens cuz no one is going to help you and for the one employee declaring to another how they have the solution to end taxes.“

“I got a free cookie on my birthday. I just have the app and showed that I downloaded. It didn’t even need to show my drivers license and then I bought an extra cookie for a friend I was with. The employee was helpful, friendly and I got my order within minutes. Very easy purchase“

“I just want to give a shout out to the team that’s working there today! They went above and beyond to make sure an order that wasn’t delivered by DoorDash correctly was taken care of. It’s hard being away from family during holidays but they took care of our delivery issue so my daughter still could feel the love from her family.“

“We just moved to the area from out of state, so trying to find a new ice cream place was a must for our family. Went visited last night and all decided this was our new spot! The cookie dough concrete was AMAZING, my kiddos loved that they could pick what candies they wanted in theirs. Loved the cozy atmosphere here as well & the employees were fantastic and quick! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from us for sure.“

“We purchased two dozen cookies online and had a gift card for a third dozen
For some reason their gift cards were not working online, so we went in the store to pick up and they were not working in store either.
We needed to pick up the cookies to deliver to our daughter for her birthday for her soccer team.
The manager on duty, let us take the cookies and trusted that I had the correct amount on the gift card.

“Desert Diaries has been our go to place for cakes and cookies for all occasions .The cakes are handcrafted and made with a lot of love and care. Orange cake , Pina Colada are our favourites and must try!. I would be ordering again and would surely recommend to try !!“
