“I had delivery service and it arrived hot and fresh. I have to say that for the price they're pretty darn good. It's one of the few restaurant deliveries in my area that's consistently pretty good and not expensive. I had the lasagna and the ciabatta garlic bread with the side Caesar salad. “Years ago was excited to see all the locations opening in the southwest metro. This morning I noticed all but one has closed. My favorite was Chaska, perfectly cooked, prompt delivery. Eden Prairie tended to undercook, where Chan always overcook. I always felt that the Chan location had them pre-prepared and cooked. Pizza's tended to be overcooked and dry.
So when Chaska closed due to franchisee issues I was left wondering where to go. Only location near me was the Chanhassen one. Was willing to go for a little bit of a ride to either the one east of Excelsior, or the one in Shakopee like I said earlier they are now closed. I had a gift card that I wanted to use so off to Chanhassen I go.
Surprise surprise surprise the pizza was delicious. Hot, fresh, perfect leopard spots on the cheese.
I'm now thinking maybe they grew too fast and the franchise and crew just don't follow the rules. I will be giving the Chan location another try as I feel this was a huge turn around for them.“
