I wanted to acknowledge this, at times people make mistakes but what matters is how they acknowledge it and go about fixing it and she was nice and did a great job in making the moment right!“

They've never messed up an online order, and if you tip, sometimes they give you a cookie or something extra. I never expect anything in return, so that's pretty special! “I can't believe I've lived in Willmar for a year and I'm just now discovering how awesome this place is. I'm obsessed with the Cheddar Broccoli soup and the sandwiches are amazing. The staff that was working today was also super cool! There was only one loaf of wheat bread available, but they made an exception to get me what I wanted. Incredible!!
