“My online order got messed up, but i really appreciated how quick they were to fix the mistake. She apologized for the mistake and was right to getting it fixed no issue. I wanted to acknowledge this, at times people make mistakes but what matters is how they acknowledge it and go about fixing it and she was nice and did a great job in making the moment right!“

“I stop by for a sandwich last Wednesday evening. The cashier never said hello or greeted me. Never said hi what can I get for you nothing. I initiated conversation by ordering. He said anything else I said that's it thank you. When the sandwich was done he said here you go.“
