Solid small town brewery with above average beer. The best thing about this place is they host a Bluegrass Music Event once a month in June , July, and August. Excellent music at a super reasonable price of $25 for five bands over six hours. Highly recommend.
We found Island City while visiting Winona for Christmas. It turned out to be just down the street from our Air BnB which made it a convenient hang out for the holiday combined, with the widely cold temps and large snow storm. We loved seeing the community comroderaty at the ugly sweater karaoke night. The beers were great (I think we tried everyone by the end of the weekend), the staff was kind and pizza easily tied you over. If you are driving through it is the place to try!

Very cute brewery right on the river in Winona. It was very busy when we went on Saturday but we were still able to find a table and there was six of us. They had a good variety of beers and had some games you can play. I did not get food but they had some pizzas and hard pretzels you could purchase
