Loved the history and the respect given to this establishment. Food selection was amazing. I was a tad disappointed on portion for the chicken breast sandwich as it was a very thin cut. Still delicious and worth every penny.
We stopped here with a bus trip group. Set us up, in the back, of the bar area. Had a nice clean buffet set up. Good service, Food very nice. Accommodating for large group. Plan to visit Winona again & will eat here.

One of the more interesting places to go in this college town where most restaurants have a casual college bar vibe. This place has a bar but it's not one of the college hangouts. The Trempealeau Hotel walnut burger (veggie) can renew your faith in the veggie burger menu option. In historic building with some funky stuff on the walls. Service was friendly.
