It's the kind of place that makes you feel right at home. The food: I went for the adult grilled cheese, but as a veggie enthusiast, I skipped the bacon and added some fresh jalapenos for that extra kick. Trust me, it was 😋! And those crinkle fries? Pure yum. My mini food critic, Buggie, went for the taco salad and a side of mashed potatoes and gravy. She's 12, so her taste buds are still a work in progress, but hey, as long as it makes her happy, right? 😄 As for my husband, he tackled the bacon cheeseburger. Now, here's where things got interesting. The food arrived piping hot, but the location of the Village Inn has some wild intersections, and guess what? A car accident unfolded right before our eyes. my old man had to rush out to help (he's a firefighter), so he ended up eating his burger cold. But guess what? It still hit the spot. In a nutshell, the Village Inn is a gem in Wyoming, MN. Cozy vibes, satisfying food, and even a dash of adrenaline thanks to the intersection drama. 🚗💥”

“This location is one of my favorites when it comes to the service because everyone is friendly at the drive thru. I ate breakfast last and it was a bummer to have the burritos with not enough cheese. Their lunch/dinner is always awesome. One of the workers let my ASD child pick which toy he wanted in his happy meal. I'll definitely return whenever I am in town!”

“This place is a bit eclectic, but in the best way possible. The barbacoa, chicken burrito, and Philly steak sandwich were excellent. The Philly steak sandwich has a decent amount of marinade from the meat, so it probably wouldn't hold up too well for takeout, but it is definitely worth a try if you are dining in. The seasoning on everything was very impressive and flavorful. A word of warning on the burrito sauce, I thought it was amazing, but it definitely packs a fair amount of heat. Not quite Thai level 10 hot, but it is hotter than sirracha sauce. Overall, this is a wonderful place with fast and fantastic service. If you are looking for some tasty non-chain food, I recommend giving this place a shot!”

“Me and my boyfriend stopped in tonight for a drink because we were feeling fancy, and the bartender delivered! I wish I had gotten his name, because he made us a few awesome drinks, so compliments to him! One of the drinks he had came up with earlier today, we called it “suns out, buns out” for now 😂 it was delicious and he was awesome. We’ll be back!”

“Great lumberjack sandwich and iced coffee with minimal wait! Only issue was understanding the person on the other end of transmitter. Garbled, muffled. It sounded like she was just as frustrated as I was.
This was not an issue with the staff member working the window, who was lovely.
I noticed some staff inside wearing masks. This may have contributed to the issue?”

“Only took stars off of atmosphere because, hey, its just a fast food restaurant. But the food is always delicious (and right, don't remember ever getting the wrong order, unlike some other places in town) and the staff is super nice and always seems to want to do a good job.”

Parking: Parking is free and very open. Many spaces to park. Not at all a far distance either.

Kid-friendliness: Plenty of booth space. If your children enjoy sushi like ours, it’s perfect. There are other amazing Chinese combo dishes that most children will enjoy (smaller portions but with a variety of three things). The sesame chicken combo was perfect for kids. We will definitely get that again.. but it’s hard not to try something else different because there are many options (and everyone’s different plate was absolutely amazing) !”

“Arby’s, They have the meats! They had the 5 for 5 deal so it fed all of us. Can’t wrong with the jalapeño poppers and the bucking berry sauce. The curly fries and potato cakes were hot and fresh. The chocolate shake is pretty tasty too.”
