“AWESOME HOT MADE FRESH FOOD ONCE AGAIN! This Hardee’s really knows what they are doing when it comes to serving great fast food. Even at 8:00 pm everything was hot and fresh. Also their customer service is always good! Tonight the customer service was exceptional! The young man working the drive through window (I wish I knew his name) was so polite, friendly and paid close attention to detail. All while being very prompt in getting our food to us. Keep up the nice hard work Hardee’s employees it is much appreciated and noticed by your customer!“

“Best Dairy Queen I have ever gone to! I have never been to a Dairy Queen that adds enough candy pieces to reach the bottom of a blizzard but this location does an AMAZING job. I’m usually weary about going to Dairy Queen after numerous bad experiences with Rogers DQ, but it is definitely worth the drive for me to get a Blizzard once in a while from this location. Everyone has been very nice as well :) 11/10“

“I got take out tonight and was overwhelmed by the amazing customer service from the Elk River Culver’s. Of course, the food was amazing, but the person who helped us, Isabel, was absolutely amazing. She was extremely accommodating and helpful. Our food came out swiftly and when bringing the food, she was extremely friendly and our food was in great condition. Isabel was super kind and amazing; I’ll be coming back just for her service in the future.“

“This pretty much the only subway I go to - clean, product is stocked & good customer service. This particular day they seemed short staffed but the Two employees worked together to get everyones orders done. I understand short staff & don't mind waiting if I see the team making an effort - So great job!“

“Great service received today from employee Debbie. My chicken strips were very tasty and my hot fudge sundae was just great. Very quiet in the restaurant for a Friday but nice not ot have to wait in a long line like the middle of the Summer when it is hot.“

“This is one of those locations where you get great food or mediocre food. Hitting it right at noon or around 4pm seems to be the best time to get great food. I have had my issues with this location in the past like very slow service, especially on hot days in the summer they make blizzards so slow. I have also had issues in the past with having my order lost. Another thing to note the main manager of this place is terrible with customer service. In the past I lost 45 minutes of my life waiting for 8 blizzards not to mention the person in front of us trying to get 2. All the woman did was apologize for the inconvenience which does not help the issue of I wasted a lot of time. Sometimes partial refunds or in store credit hand outs are needed this was one of those cases.Parking: This is the worst lay out for a parking lot ever but if you don't mind the walk you got coborns and another off shoot lot that's attached it's dumb“
