“1/10/2026 Came in for 2 Doordash orders, both were completed (early) and I was greeted with a smile. Store was very clean and organized. For being slammed, everything was correct, everyone was working, there was no chaos and the management was helping out! I would love to take another thousand orders from this location. 5 stars all the way. Everyone deserves a raise!“

“I have been loyal to Chick-fil-A for over 10 years now. I am a signature member and I do plan on visiting the headquarters when I visit Atlanta in the next few months. Chick-fil-A is actually my favorite restaurant hands-down. I happen to live closest to this location, so I tend to go here the most but every time I go to another location, the experience subpar compared to this one. All the employees here are so nice and so friendly. You can tell that the work environment for the employees is a good culture just by the way they interact with one another. Also, their Facebook page is the best! Maybe I’m a little bit too crazy as a Chick-fil-A fanatic But interacting with the page is so much fun. I even won a contest before that allowed my coworkers and I to enjoy breakfast on them. That is when I was able to meet the social media manager and she was obviously very passionate about her job. I love all Chick-fil-A‘s However, my experience at this location is always top-notch.“

“I’ve been eating at this Chick-fil-A since they opened and I have never had a single issue. Today, however I may have ordered something a little complicated when I got home the food that I received wasn’t at all what I ordered I went in and spoke with the manager.I believe her name was Patricia . She was so kind and explained to me the error that happened and how it happened. Rather than just give me some pickles to fix the issue and tomatoes to fix the issue. She wanted to make sure that I had warm hot and fresh food to feed my family.

I’ve visited the Chick-fil-A in Arnold, Missouri, many times, and it continues to impress me. Even during the busiest lunch rush, the drive-thru moves with impressive efficiency. The staff is consistently friendly, upbeat, and genuinely helpful—exactly the kind of service Chick-fil-A is known for, but this location takes it to another level.

A team member named Mathew went out of his way to call me by my first name. He noticed that I used the restroom shortly after enjoying my delicious meal, took the opportunity to ask my son what my name was, and remembered it for our next visit. That’s very impressive, considering how many customers he serves each day!

“Came in exspecting hot just fine on some chicken fish gyros salad with the Chicago flavor maybe,since I am from Chicago,not only did Malik and family match the Chicago flavor swag.they made me feel like a family member coming over to have a family meal. “After a disappointing experience at a neighboring restaurant, I thought I'd drop on fazolis. I walked in to a line of 6 people. I was nervous. Immediately Thomas D began taking everyone's orders in a happy cherry tone. It was encouraging. I asked and he told me there were 3 employees running everything. He immediately got me what he could and promptly brought my fresh food to my table when it was ready. Whatever you're paying Thomas isn't enough. Keep this guy around. Overall a great experience.“

My boyfriend found a hair underneath his chicken & fries, he took it up to the counter & told the guy working the front counter. “It's a Taco Bell.... but, for a Taco Bell, it's typically on the cleaner end with friendly and fast service. Also, they usually put the right amount of each topping on your items. Every once in awhile you'll get the wrong item or a topping you didn't want or ask for..... but for the most part, the Columbia Taco Bell is on the upper part of my list.“

“Listen. I eat a lot of Lion's Choice. This particular instance, tonight, this Brentwood location absolutely crushed my delivery order. I asked for rare, the beef was rare as can be. I asked for a bunch of au jus, they gave me a piping hot styrofoam cup full (it's winter, nice touch). I asked for extra seasoning on my sandwiches, extra seasoning clearly present. The fact that this order was delivered and was still this good blows my mind, can't say enough, 10/10. My next visit will be in person simply so I can tip the staff.“

From the friendly greeting by a cashier named Kyle upon entering (yes, I was so impressed I noted his name; and no I don't know him outside of this transaction) to just the nicer, newer, clean layout of the place compared to the other locations I've been to, it was a wonderful experience. While I've never had a horrible experience at Arby's, I can't say I've always had 5 star service at Arby's, nor been this favorable about every visit. But on Saturday September 25, at the Lamplighter Square store in St. Louis, I became a huge fan of Arby's again. Thanks giving me a reason to come back beyond just the occasional 'something different' routine.“

“This was our first time having Dave’s Hot Chicken. We had the two slider meal and loaded fries. We liked it. It felt a bit salty to me (that is personal preference because my family didn’t find it salty). The chicken is tender and full of flavor. I loved the sauce and after taste. Yummm! The portions are good and the veggies are fresh! I prefer a crunchy pickle 🥒 but again - personal preference.
The restaurant is clean, the wait time is acceptable given how popular it is, staff are friendly and welcoming. We will be back! My son loved his meal!“
