“Staff needs to learn that if an item is ordered on half a pizza that it should only be on half a pizza and when the pizza is cut it should be cut so that the half has the item and the other half doesn't. Staff hurried the cut on this pizza and messed everything up.“

He provided the best customer service I have experienced in last 5 years. For this reason, I will make it a point to visit this location. “Had to wait a few minutes longer than us. However the young man who was working always recognizes my voice over the speaker. Whenever there's a problem, which is rare when this young man is working, he ALWAYS makes it right. He is also always pleasant & very polite.“
“I’m giving this location a 5 star solely based on Tonya❤️ She is so nice and kind. I was lied to by some ladies over the intercom saying the ice cream machine is broke. Which of course they always lie. I had already waited 10-15 mins in line. I get to the window and I told her what she said she went above and beyond to help me. Literally i don’t understand how this McDonald’s still open. Folks just standing around looking crazy. And folks are so unprofessional. They can’t simply say a thank you. Please I wish our community would do better. The workers are a hot mess too. But of course this what you get in the hood. Or wannabe ghetto girls that try hard. “This place is hands down the best in the market. The people are very friendly, helpful, customer oriented. My service was amazing. The food was ridiculous tasty, fresh and piping hot! I got the large whole jack and two cheesecake slices and child, let me tell you, my mouth has never been happier. My pockets didn’t suffer either, I got all that for less than 20$. I am sold!“

“The food here is a solid 10/10, if you haven’t been you’re absolutely missing out! Got the honey garlic steak and shrimp fries in a small and it was an absolute feast. I had to slow down to breathe it was so good. The staff are military friendly and family oriented which is a plus too!“
“The young lady who worked the drive-thru window was amazingly and surprisingly nice. She held a conversation with us while we waited, and she was genuinely interested in what I said back. I only purchased a strawberry cookies and cream shake. I usually don't go for the food because the fries get cold too quickly and it's always a hit or miss with the macaroni and chicken being overcooked. Go for the drive-thru go, not the food.“
“Forgot requested pickles on the side, handed a few ketsup in bag for a dozen sliders, hardly any napkins, some sliders were over cooked. If people stopped talking so much in back maybe they could concentrate and get the orders nearly perfect!!!!“
