“Big shout out to this Chik-Fil-A team. Everyone was exceedingly kind and helpful. We had an issue where the app bugged out submitting our order and Donna was able to help us out (perhaps something for corporate to look into- it tries to track your location instead of just submitting your order and then it got mad because it had a competing screen where it was trying to get you to agree to something so instead of tracking our order it ate it). The order meant a surprising amount to my husband so he was greatly relieved when they were able to fulfill it despite challenges.
I also saw them helping people by retrieving high chairs for parents, the children’s play area was a great success with our 2yo and the entire place had a lovely, welcoming vibe.
Just a great experience.

“We come here once a month & have always had great food & service. Today we had a horrendous experience with an employee! My boyfriend found a hair underneath his chicken & fries, he took it up to the counter & told the guy working the front counter. His response was, "What do you want me to do about it, I'm not the cook!!!!" We then asked him his name & for the manager, but he refused to give us his name or the manager. He proceeded to "mother f***" us even. Then starts in on another customer. I could not believe he treated us that way! He wouldn't give us his name so I took a photo of him. Completely disrespectful & Canes needs to get rid of any employee that treats their customers like that when the customer has a valid complaint like we did. We did call corporate so they will be looking into it. Shame on that kid!!!!“

I visited around 6:30 p.m. on July 3, 2026, and ordered two Beefy Potato Grillers. They were prepared exactly as they should be—fresh, hot, generously filled, and wrapped with care.

What stood out most was the level of consistency and attention to detail. The food was served promptly, and it was evident that the staff took pride in the quality of what they prepared. In an industry where speed often comes at the expense of quality, this location managed to deliver both exceptionally well.

If this experience is any indication of their everyday standards, they've earned a loyal customer. My compliments to the team for providing outstanding service and an excellent meal that I will remember for eternity.“

“This is one of the best White Castles that I have ever been to. The customer service here is definitely on point, as they will take your order in a timely fashion and the food is always fresh and hot along with tasting juuuuust right! The dining room is very clean and well kept, as any restaurant should be. The restrooms were 90% right, as zip could use a bit of freshening up, but I have no complaints. I'm sure as soon as the employees have time it will be done, because they stay really busy near downtown and the Busch stadium location here. Go Cardinals! Thank you to the owners and employees for doing an excellent job of running this business correctly! My bacon cheese sliders, large (44 ounces!) chocolate milkshakes, mozzarella cheese sticks, and breakfast sliders were always absolutely perfect as far as the menu and fresh fast food guidelines state. “My daughter and I get our food, we eat all the curly fries, they were real good and not limp fries. Then we ate our sandwiches. They were still nice and hot after we ate the large order of fries. I was happy and told the cook about my thoughts. We go there about 2 times a week.“

In the beginning, the fountain drinks were the same as we’ve had anywhere. However, in the last two months all of the drinks we have gotten tasted off. Didn’t matter what it was. I believe that something has changed with the water at this facility.

“Order from here all the time, and it is one of the best White Castle locations I've been to on a regular basis. I've never had an item missing from them, the food is well prepared and served hot. Service is friendly, present, and positive.

Occasionally can be slow, but that's the nature of the industry. Ordering delivery consequentially isn't any better alternative really unless scheduled well in advance.“

“My experience was a bit mixed. The automated drive-thru ordering system still seems to have some kinks to work out. I placed my order, but the system ran into issues before it could finish, so an employee had to step in to complete it.

On the bright side, the food came out hot and fresh, and I had no complaints about the quality. I just wasn't a fan of the automated ordering system—it felt slower and less reliable than simply ordering with an employee.“

I placed our order online as we left the airport, but forgot to change the time we'd be at the restaurant. I called and I'm assuming it was Josie who answered (got her name from my receipt) - she was so sweet and accommodating and said she'd hold the order until closer to 1am. When we pulled in, they were in the process of making our order. The food was hot, fresh, and they definitely didn't skimp on the portions! “Tonight a large group of children from the ages of 10 to 18 came to this location to celebrate the end of a 6 show weekend. There were about 30 kids and about 7 parents.

We were greeted with warmth and welcoming hospitality. We knew our orders were going to bombard the kitchen, and we hoped that they would not be annoyed with us. It was exactly the opposite the manager, and the staff continuously checked in with us and apologized for the long wait. But no one even noticed the wait time. Y’all had a place to sit down and connect with one another to celebrate closing night and we are super grateful.

Everyone got their food and ice cream and we left super happy. This location is so lucky to have so many hardworking teammates!“

“This Wendy's is fantastic. My mom was in the rehab facility down the street so I ate here for lunch a lot of days for about 2 weeks in a row and you can really find out about a place when you eat there almost every day. I mostly had breakfast and lunch and was all through the drive-thru. Every single time the food was good, and the wait time and prices are reasonable. I got a salad several times and it was fresh and delicious every time and I got a burger and fries and some cookies and it was all hot and fresh and delicious too. I wish I knew her name but the girl with the short black hair that works the drive-thru window does a really good job and so does the lady with the distinctive voice that works the speaker. I think this is probably my favorite fast food place in the area and I really like their salads so I'm sure I'll be back a lot. I'm not even going to try another Wendy's because I don't want to be disappointed this one does so well!“

The mall had closed earlier than we expected, and my daughter wanted a pretzel, so we asked an employee if there was any way we could purchase one.
