“Kid-friendliness: Honestly Judy is the best. Always so kind but today my kid had just had dental work and was extra loopy. Judy responded so sweet to the child in the back seat with her window rolled down who said "HI!!!". When we pulled away my kid yelled one final "HAVE A GOOD DAY!" and Judy heard and yelled back for her to do the same. It's little things like that bringing customers like myself returning. ❤️“

“I got the bed and chicken bowl. Healthy portion and very tasty. I would probably get an additional side of sauce next time. Prices could be posted a little better, but it wasn't crazy. The complimentary tea was delicious. I would order a full glass next time. The service was very friendly. Interior could use a little sprucing up and better storage of supplies, but I was there for the food.“

“Ordered the Caniac Combo to split with someone. Texas Toast was under done. Just slightly golden on one side, the other side just not toasted, like eating regular bread. Fries could have been done a bit more as well.Also disappointed there was only one Canes Sauce in order NOT two as listed on menu board.Workers were pleasant when ordering, paying, and giving out orders.“

“Today was my first time going here and everything was top tier and magnificent the food was fresh the lemonade was amazing the chili was great I got two cheeseburgers egg rolls and four Philly cheesesteak egg rolls and they were so hot and delicious I would highly recommend this place the service was so wonderful the guy at the front that took my order and made the food was also wonderful I hope he's there for many more years“

“We were the only customers less than 30 minutes before closing. Everyone was cleaning and preparing to close. Not only did we get the best customer service with a smile, we also got perfect made to order pizzas. I had to ask his name. Thank you Mike Hill and the crew for our best ever MOD experience! (and we order from another location pretty regularly) I hope the company knows what a difference you make! These guys could have looked at us as an inconvenience when we came in so late but they were great! Best service ever!!“

They refunded her money back and then she went back to finish it off. Im glad they did it though. “i actually went for an interview. turns out the boss over the manager lady. couldnt take any more employees. was my 3rd time eating at the location. the workers are perfect on the cooking skills. the manager even looked out for me offering something to eat. because im sure she felt she wasted my time. but everybody had great atiitudes & very accommodating. still waiting on that call back though lol. but my favorite place closest to home to eat. everybody busts their behinds their considering the clientele that normally. Go there. felt very welcomed being new to the city.“

She just kept shaking her head no and then walked from behind the counter area to the back of the store where she could not be seen. I guess I won't go out of my way to go to W.C. ever again.“

“I had the Box Combo. It was my first time there but multiple people have recommended them. I found the chicken a bit underseasoned. Didn't care for the sauce. Fries were just okay and coleslaw was not for me. The Texas toast was delicious, though!The price was right, and I enjoyed the restaurant's setup. The music choices were great (high-energy pop), but the music was pretty loud. I enjoyed it while eating alone but would have had to strain to hear over it.It's not my first choice but I'd eat here again.“

“Tonight, around 1 am, my wife and I casually drove through this Jack in the Box location craving a late-night snack. I must say, this visit stands out as one of the most enjoyable fast food experiences we've had since before the pandemic. The service was speedy, courteous, and the food was scrumptious. The small team working at this location on March 10, 2024, at 1 am truly went above and beyond. They all deserve recognition and appreciation for their hard work. This Jack in the Box has now earned its place as our preferred spot for late-night munchies, and has flat-out restored our faith in the fast food industry.“

“In the past I'd bad experiences with Wendy's so I never cared to even try it again. Ever since they put this new one in my daughter of course had to have some and I have to admit that specific day the food was amazing, the people were fantastic and I didn't have to wait long. However I will say that the food has definitely downgraded each time I've gone back since but I don't expect Bobby Flay to make me a bacon cheeseburger, the people are always easy going and very apologetic. It's definitely my Daughter's top choice. Who doesn't love a frosty? ?⛄️“

“The staff was courteous and friendly. Everything was fresh and the fries were fresh from the fryer and plenty of them. The restaurant was clean and everything at the self serve counter was well stocked. I still call it "Red Lion" and their service has been on point and top notch since they opened and they have always served "Restaurant Grade Roast Beef". The food is always hot, fresh, good and tasty. Red Lion is steps above "fast food" and is actually a "Fast Serve Restaurant" not at all in the "Fast Food Classification"“

The food at the Maplewood, Mo place is always very good thru out the year every time we go, but always taste even better on Valentine's Day. “This is the most consistently good Rally's in the City of St. Louis. There's an automated voiced order device at the drive-thru which threw me for a loop at first, but ... once You get used to it appears to make the ordering process much easier. I get great food and service from here.“

“I ordered my food through Uber Eats after an hour of not getting my food I called the restaurant and spoke with Justin who was super nice, explained they never received my order and told me to call Uber Eats to see what the problem is with my order. Justin also took my phone number down & said he would call me to let me know if he receives my order. While I was on the phone with Uber Eats asking about the issue with my order, Justin texted me telling me they just received my food order, this was an hour after I placed it on the app. I thanked Justin & asked if he would let me know when my order gets picked up, he said he would & he texted me when my order was picked up!Justin is an excellent employee, great customer service provided by him, he went above & beyond for me making sure I’d get my order! I want to thank you Justin for being the awesome employee that you are!! Hardee’s is blessed to have an employee like you!“

“This is for the Washington Park, IL store # 1031. Had a bad experience 45 min earlier at the Belleville location, was able to call this location and the manager Monica answered the phone immediately! I explained the situation, having come up from Florida, and the main food I wanted was Churches, and the bad experience with the Belleville store. She took my large order, said she would get right on it, and off my brother in law went to make the 20 min drive. It was not ready when he got there, so they were making it all fresh! He said all staff was nice, Monica packed it herself, and the 20 min drive home started. I have to say, EVERYTHING was still hot, fresh, and delicious! What a difference with Monica running that location. After stuffing ourselves, I called her again to tell her how she made my evening, and what great service. I will be talking to corporate headquarters this week, and going as far up the chain as I can to praise Monica and her Washington Park IL location, and also to report the terrible location in Belleville store #617.Great job Monica and staff!“

“I've been coming to Dairy Queen since the Mocha Moolatte came out (or at least when I first found out about it) around 18 or so years ago. It rarely to never disappointed me. I also usually get my son a cookies n' creme blizzard. We keep trying to convince him that Dairy Queen has far superior ice cream than McDonald's, but as all kids think- he refuses to believe it. Idk how all that grease and a broken ice cream machine 90% of the time is so damn appealing to children. Basically- Dairy Queen is waaaay better at ice cream than most other places.“
