“Forgot requested pickles on the side, handed a few ketsup in bag for a dozen sliders, hardly any napkins, some sliders were over cooked. If people stopped talking so much in back maybe they could concentrate and get the orders nearly perfect!!!!“

He provided the best customer service I have experienced in last 5 years. For this reason, I will make it a point to visit this location. “I’m giving this location a 5 star solely based on Tonya❤️ She is so nice and kind. I was lied to by some ladies over the intercom saying the ice cream machine is broke. Which of course they always lie. I had already waited 10-15 mins in line. I get to the window and I told her what she said she went above and beyond to help me. Literally i don’t understand how this McDonald’s still open. Folks just standing around looking crazy. And folks are so unprofessional. They can’t simply say a thank you. Please I wish our community would do better. The workers are a hot mess too. But of course this what you get in the hood. Or wannabe ghetto girls that try hard. “Food was amazing! First time having birria tacos amazing experience I loved it! The chicken street tacos amazing! Everything was seasoned so good the Diablo sauce was very spicy and good. The corn was my daughter’s favorite! Definitely coming back again.“

“This is an order at the counter and pick your seat establishment, so be prepared when you walk in to potentially wait in line for a bit. The service is always top notch and the food is always out fast and well cooked. The restaurant is clean and homey with a fireplace and wooden chairs.There is a little market with on theme home goods, shirts, and toys.“
“Five starts in every way! Adorable space, impeccable service, and delightful food and drink! I brought a friend and two older adults. We each had something different--biscuits and gravy, the stuffed French toast, and a burger. Everyone loved everything. We also had drinks. I love my gin and tonic and the black pepper and? Bloody Mary was delicious. I also took some sandwich cookies and some gooey butter cake home! Perfection! I can't wait to come back to the Blue Duck!“
“Stopped in for brunch on Sunday shortly after they opened. Staff was very friendly and the food delicious. Seating is limited indoors but there is outdoor seating when the weather is good. The owner Tim man's the kitchen and pumps out some really delicious and creative dishes if you're able to get in. Will be back to try the items I did not have room to try this time like the Eggs Benedict, Biscuit & Gravy and the five onion soup.“

“Delicious burgers for a fast food joint. The lady up front was patient and kind as it was our first time there and we were not sure what to order. I will say the only reason it is not 5 stars is because of the area it is located in which is not the best and also the wait time. Wait time was not drastically slow however it just was a little long. I think i only seen 2 staff members so they were really hustling to get orders out!“
