“Yes, this location seemed slightly understaffed and Panera’s food is still expensive for the quality.

However I wanted to give Denise a shout-out because she’s wonderful! This was my first time visiting this location and all the other emojis employees were running around behind the counter.

Denise greeted me and said she’d be right back (Panera seems to give their cashiers a lot of other side work). I was in a bit of the rush so I used the kiosk but forgot to ask for my bagel to be sliced and put on a plate so had to go back to the counter. Denise was incredibly nice and it came across as very genuine. Give her a raise!“

“My company, MARIS, held a dinner four our retiring CEO on Friday evening and it was absolutely wonderful! I worked with Jade in planning the event and she was very responsive and helpful. She and Jasmin took care of all the attendees and provided superb service. Our food was excellent and the room was set just as planned. I would highly recommend Bishop’s Post for your next event. “I ordered curbside. They forgot my calamari. Went in to get it. Someone came up to check my bag as if I just hadn't checked it in the car. Mgt agreed I hadn't gotten it. Specifically Jen was SUPER NICE and empathetic. She did what she could do to give me a better experience than I was having. A smile and kind words go FAR. Thanks Jen. You're a gem.“

“Service was on the slower side during the morning rush, which wasn’t ideal. I was also a bit confused why they had to ask what drink I ordered when it was on the receipt. Otherwise, it felt like a typical drive-thru experience. The Scrambled Egg Sandwich came out hot. The Large Bubbler Drink with Green Tea tasted watered down.“

“Been going to Bread co for years!!! - but now the quality is just not what it used to be. For one have no idea why they stopped baking sour dough??? Plus half the bowl is empty when I order soup! And it wasn’t even piping hot like it’s supposed to be. And at this location there was only one person working who wasn’t even friendly- just blah! 😃 as it is it was a pretty dismal atmosphere- maybe one person there and the music was on or not can’t remember. They had just cleaned the floor and it was so wet I was scared to walk! I thought usually it’s dried when wet - but I guess not here.“

“If you know anything about me, I love Bread Co! I especially love their restrooms. Today’s visit to the Chesterfield location was a little different. This location is relatively newer yet, I don’t think the bathroom is laid out very well. One stall was very little. Due to this, I question all my life decisions by using it. Thankfully there was more than one option to use.

I would like to give a special thanks to the person who pee’d on the toilet seat that I’m currently sitting on as I type this. It’s such a hot day, and the wetness helps cool my body.“
