“I just went there the other day for the first time with some colleagues from work. I actually drive in once a week from Chicago for work and see it when I get off of the expressway every time. I am so impressed by this place! Keep in mind that if you're not used to bagels, the New York style bagels are very big and fluffy and they put a ton of cream cheese on it. So if you're not used to a lot of cream cheese, please tell them ahead of time or else you will have a mouthful of cream cheese and you may not like it. Personally, I absolutely loved it! I haven't had bagels like this since being in New York. They are made on site fresh every single day. The service was friendly and fast, and the coffee is out of this world! I will definitely make a point of visiting this place and bringing some of their delicious bagels back home with me to Chicago on a weekly basis. Five stars! Oh, by the way, I love your decor and your cozy tables and chairs. :-)“

“Shiloh (the lady with a butterfly tattoo) helped me and she was phenomenal. The last time I was here a gentlemen helped me and did not give me the amount of cream cheese I requested. Shiloh gave me the exact amount I asked for and was very kind and energetic. The bagel was toasted to perfection and the amount of shmear she gave me lived up to my expectations more than I thought. Customer service was amazing and it felt like I was visiting family. Hats off to SHILOH“
